  1. I'm a huge fan of Shaun Tan's work! I love his attention to detail and I just find his art very satisfying and inspiring to look at I also love the way SamDoesArt draws water, and he is very skilled when it comes to lighting. I know he has a lot of controversies surrounding him but I can't help but admire Sam's work.
  2. my old self was having trouble with noses, yikes
  3. while I wouldn't exactly call I weird, Taiga and Ryuuji from Toradora's relationship is slightly uncomfortable for me, I guess. It's just that Taiga literally looks like a young child, and I dunno about you guys, but I'd feel very strange dating/marrying someone who looks like they're still in kindergarten. I suppose this goes for a lot of other anime couples too. I know there's the whole lolicon thing, and it's a common occurrence in anime, but it just doesn't sit right with me. Whatever floats your boat though
  4. I love re-watching The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K. It has very interesting characters that always lead to fun interactions, there's lots of humour and it's always an enjoyable watch. It never gets old, I suppose. also long time no see
  5. late happy Easter!! ๐Ÿฃ I hope everybody is doing well ^^ Also sorry about being very innactive on here, I've kinda lost my interest in anime

  6. I showed my best friend Danganronpa: The Animation and they didn't exactly like it, haha. They said the quality is trash and that it felt quite rushed, and I'm ngl, they're right. There's a lot of missed potential with the show, but it's what got me into the franchise so it holds a special place in my heart. I guess it isn't for everybody, though. I also watched Drifting Home and TBHK with my cousin. She loved both of them, but I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of either. I'd already seen Drifting Home by the time I watched it with her, and I just found it to be very boring and long. I also didn't find TBHK particularly interesting, but it's getting remade soon so maybe that'll change my opinion.
  7. I personally like psychological thrillers and a little bit of horror. Just thrillers in general tbh. I also like a bit of action and slice of life. Anything that'll leave you on the edge of your seat or bawling your eyes out, really.
  8. haha, yeah. With social media and things, technology's pretty much already taken over the world. God knows what'll happen next.
  9. I believe mine was either Glitter Force or one of the Pokรฉmon animes. Although SAO was what actually got me into anime.
  10. while I don't download anime, I have used illegal sites before. I can't exactly pay for subscriptions on anime sites, so I often have to watch them on random sites, which sometimes may be illegal. But I don't usually use those sites unless I'm absolutely desperate to watch an anime.
  11. I'd have to go with Monster Death Note and Kotaro Lives Alone! also a few others that aren't far off the list, Violet Evergarden and Danganronpa: The Animation
  12. maybe they just wanted a fresh start. Ash and Pikachu have been around for a long time, so I see why they'd want to change. In the later series the duo have also become a lot stronger, and you don't want your mc to be too overpowered. with that being said, it's still really disappointing and hopefully the new characters will be just as entertaining
  13. I'm fine with either, but I'll usually watch dub. I prefer being able to just listen instead of having to read subtitles (although I usually have to put on subtitles anyways because I can't hear what they're saying ). But if the dubs actual shit I'll watch it subbed.
  14. starting off with Sakura Ogami from Danganronpa! Despite her tough exterior, Sakura is really sweet and a very respectable person. next up we have Asuna Yuuki from SAO. She's quite strong and very powerful! finally, we have another Danganronpa character. Peko Pekoyama! Peko is a swordswoman and is very physically strong.
