Nightmare Fuel

Okay, here are the rules. Post something scary. A short horror story you wrote. A picture you saw online. A true story. Anything you think will give somebody nightmares.  However you cannot post until you look at something somebody else posted and explain why it is or is not scary to you. Preferably something original you come up with, but if you don't have anything or lack the time, whatever.

Examples to start off:

Original two sentence horror story: A girl took her girlfriend to the zoo for her birthday and while they were there they came across a dead elephant. They were justw ondering what could have possibly bitten it's head off like that when they heard a noise behind them.

I LOVEEEEEEE 2 sentence horror stories, or short horror stories. Stuff like this doesn't necessarily "scare" me but it gives me a lil bit of an uncomfortable/creepy feeling and I like that. I don't know why but I tend to read these before bed. I hadn't heard this one you posted, so ya doesn't scare me into wanting to scream or something but definitely gives me creepy vibe feelings lol ~

Some of my favorites are:
My daughter won't stop crying and screaming in the middle of the night. I visit her grave and ask her to stop but it doesn't help.
I heard my moms voice calling me from the kitchen. As I went downstairs I heard my moms voice from the closet whisper "don't go down there honey I heard it too".
The grinning face stared at me from the window. I live on the 14th floor.

There's also this about Mr. Widemouth that still gives me creepy feels. I think it started as a short horror story but it's since been animated many times on YT.

I find this Mr. Widemouth disturbing more than anything. Pretty freaky story.

For me what scared me some years ago was something called the pantry ghost on Youtube. A ghost that lived in a pantry of a guys house and they regularly got it on film. Whether it is a real ghost or not I do not know but the videos of it always disturbed me.
