What's your Favorite Video Game?

Final Fantasy XIV. I started playing during a rough patch in my life, and it's gotten me through so much. I've met my best friend on there (whom I still talk to this day), and it's how my boyfriend and I first bonded. It holds a special place in my heart for those very reasons. I started playing circa 2021.

The story and character writing are out of this world--especially in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. Never have I played a game before that was so...'human.' I felt wholly invested in the plot, and it's one of the few video games that made me cry from sheer emotion.

My interests change all the time, but FFXIV is something that I'll always go back to. Currently, I've invested about 3.5k hours--and counting!

Ever wondered what my favorite video game is? Well, if I had to pick one that hits the right balance of creativity, rhythm, and pure fun—it’s Incredibox. But not just the regular version—I'm talking about the Incredibox APK Mod Best Version. Why? Because it unlocks everything from the start, gives you access to all music styles, and lets your imagination run wild. If you're into beatboxing, remixing, or just want a music game that feels like art, this version takes it to the next level.

Almost all the games I played are considered favorite from Fam com, ps1, ps2, pc, psp, psvita, ps3, ps4 and ps5 but the games I mostly spent much time are Tekken, Dragon ball GT final bout, Castlevania Symphony of the Night, God Eater 2 Rage Burst, Resident evil Revelations 2 and Tower of Fantasy😊 Am very competitive with these 2 games back then, Tekken tag tournament arcade and Resident evil Revelations 2 online,, sometimes gaming goes personal and sarcastic debates in re.net😆

Lately my favourite game has been Diablo IV! Been playing as a barbarian, me likey smash!

Recently got my two handed sword and one handed sword techniques up to level 10 each. Right now I’m working on my technique for one handed mace, and my two handed mace isn’t far off from level 10 either. I also need to level up my axe and two handed axe, and I haven’t even used any polearms yet haha

I also have an on again off again love hate relationship with Sims 4. I don’t care much for CAS and spend most of my playtime in live mode, but sometimes I get in the mood to build and have built a couple things I’m quite proud of.

Until recently, I haven't had much time to play video games. That said, my favorite game as of late has been Genshin Impact. I've been playing it when I haven't had to write papers, study for quizzes or finals, or just other college homework. I can finally get caught up! Oh, and there's an update that just dropped! I can't wait to get back to playing it.

I also love DC Universe Online. I even made a thread about it a few months back.

My favorite video games are.

Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped PS1 Version and also the Remastered Version.

I liked both versions very much. As a child and as a teenager i used to play the original version a lot and enjoyed it so much. While other people liked the second crash game the most and was their favorite crash game, my favorite was Crash 3 of the crash bandicoot video game series. Because for me personally, it was the most varied of the three Crash games and had so much to offer if you think about the levels in this game. Then a few years ago, when Crash finally returned with the first three games in the remastered versions with new graphics i loved it and it was so nostalgic for me. I also had fun with this remastered version of crash 3.

Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon PS1 Version and also the Remastered Version.

The same with Spyro 3, which i also enjoyed a lot as a child but then as a teenager i was more a fan of Crash than Spyro. But of course, i still liked the little purple dragon and i also hoped that one day Spyro will return. Then a few years ago, Spyro was also finally back with the first three games in the remastered versions and with new graphics. I also enjoyed this so much. I also liked to play Spyro 3 in the remastered version and it was nostalgic.

I also like to have fun on resources like https://rylstonekandos.com/ to get unforgettable emotions from gambling.

I love how you pointed out the nostalgia factor with the remastered version too. It’s like reliving childhood but with a fresh coat of paint, right?

That’s a solid list, especially Persona 5 Royal — the story and soundtrack in that game are on another level. For me, I’d say my all-time favorite has to be The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The freedom to explore and discover things at your own pace really stuck with me. Dead Space is also a classic though, the atmosphere still gives me chills.

Did you ever try Crash 4: It’s About Time or the Reignited Trilogy extras for Spyro?

About Crash 4 It's About Time, yes, i tried the game five years ago and i loved it. Awesome game, which can easily compete with the first three games, and crash 4 is my second favorite Crash Bandicoot game of this amazing franchise so far. :)

About Spyro, i don't quite get what you mean with Reignited Trilogy Extras. I played all three Spyro games in the remastered version, but i can't say anything about those Reignited Extras you mentioned. 😅

My favorite video game has to be Fallout 4. I love the open world, the freedom to explore, and all the small details that make the game feel alive. The style of the game is also really cool, especially things like the fallout 4 atom cats jacket, which gives the game so much personality. It’s a game I can always come back to and still enjoy every time.

Welcome to the forum.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Followed by several other Zelda games and a mix of oldies and newer games.

This is my favorite of the Zelda games, too! I have never been able to beat it myself, but I'm kind of bad at games, or at least I was when I played it. I've seen my friends beat it multiple times. I love the game play, it was peak Zelda mechanics with the items and fun ways to find how to use them/get around Hyrule. The water and shadow temples are both scary but my fav sections in the game. Also, as annoying as she was, I have a soft spot for Navi and it started my obssession with faries (or did that come from Peter Pan even further back? lol)

Currently, my favorite game is Trails of Cold Steel and all the related Trails of series games. The remake for Trails in the Sky came out and I plan to play that soon, and there are already trailers for the sequel (don't watch the 2nd game's trailer if you haven't beaten the first, it's SPOILERY!)

Another old game I really love is Suikoden. Another one I didn't beat, but I got the remake. I started playing that, and am also not even halfway through Resident Evil 2 with my roommate spurring me along and laughing as I panic at every sound or movement in it. I wish I had more time to play stuff...

I also enjoy the Tales of series of games, not the same set of games as Trails. But both are really great RPGs. In the Tales of series, Abyss and Berseria are my favorites, followed by Xillia.

I'd have to picked between the non-existent of u and me, paper lily, terraria, OSU, tetris or genshin... So like all the games I play often. If I had to chose I have to say terraria and it is even more fun with mods like calamity and Fargo's souls.

Zelda and Kingdom Hearts are 2 of my all time favorite. I also love all the Pokemon series games, Final Fantasy, Mario's too. Persona is good along with some older ones like GTA San Andreas, Vice City and 5.

I love seeing everyone’s favorite video games it’s always fun to read the variety of choices and why people picked them. My favorite changes sometimes, but I always enjoy games with strong stories and characters that feel real. Looking forward to reading everyone’s answers and finding some new games to try!
