So bored I’ve been at work for almost 3 hours now and there’s only been one teeny tiny print job, which I finished long before we even opened. It’s gonna be a loooooong day

It was business cards galore this morning! Architectural plans throughout the day. And then the afternoon had a small last minute wedding print jobs and a few odds and ends here and there. Overall it was a chill day and it went by fairly quick. On my way home now and then I’ll give the kitchen a quick tidy before getting stuff ready for tacos (mum has a couple Crunchwrap supreme kits that we’ll be making tonight)

It wound up being a very productive day instead lmao. It’s all good though! We’re not busy and now I’m feeling accomplished haha

If I have time today, I need to take a picture of the flowers they’ve got outside of our municipal hall right now, they’re so prettyyyyyy

Fairly productive day at work. Finally managed to get my work Mac OS and other programs fully updated, so everything was running peachy keen today. Wasn’t busy, wasn’t boring, juuuust right. Caught the bus home, sent Andy a small shopping list, FORGOT TO TAKE THE CHEESE OUT OF THE FREEZER, currently hanging out with my feet in the bathtub with a couple inches of cold water, AND THEN I’LL TAKE THE CHEESE OUT OF THE FREEZER. COURTNEY-DAWN, REMEMBER TO TAKE THE CHEESE OUT OF THE FREEZER WHEN YOU’RE DONE PLAYING AROUND IN THE BATHTUB There, I’ve mentioned the freezer cheese three times now (four if you include this sentence), so that should help solidify it in my memory

It’s about 32C=89.6F and very clear blue sky. Im feeling a bit toasty at the moment, so I’m currently standing in the bathtub with a few inches of cold water in it haha

I’m sad to see so many people thinking about leaving this place, but I don’t blame any of you. If any of you create a different site or a discord server, I’d love to join if you’d all have me. This company was called Dragons-B-Gone, and as you can imagine, they aimed to exterminate all of the dragons throughout the land. The townspeople cried, “they’re living creatures just as you and I, there has to be another way, don’t kill the dragons!” The CEO of Dragons-B-Gone merely laughed in their faces, for the company was wealthy and could surely get away with anything they set their minds too. C-CRACK! The first bolt flew through the air and the first dragon fell C-CRACK! Another bolt, another dragon down The townspeople wept, for there was nothing they could do to save the dragons, “we never wanted it to turn out this way! Isn’t there anything that can be done?” they cried. Dragons-B-Gone continued to fire bolts into the sky, felling dragons all around. Until suddenly, it stopped. “YOU IMBECILES, WHY DID YOU STOP FIRING?” The CEO demanded. The CEO stomped over to the workers, only to find them all in a trance and the weapons completely sabotaged! Just as the CEO was getting ready to retaliate and punish the townspeople, @Animedragon appeared and declared, “I won’t let you take this one step further!” ZAP! Animedragon put the CEO into a trance along with the workers of Dragons-B-Gone, and we can safely assume that Animedragon was also the one to carry out the sabotage on the weapons. He made them all leave, in that zombie state, never to be seen or heard from again. After, he called to the dragons and pleaded with them to follow him. Many of the dragons proved to have suitable temperaments to share the land with the townspeople, so he urged them to stay and live together as allies. Others were less suitable, so he led them far away to a land that was only for dragons, this way everyone would be safe, including the dragons themselves. Everyone lived happily every after The End

I can’t even describe what’s stuck in my head, it’s something Andy created while he was playing one of the older Metal Gear Games. It was basically along the lines of, “sneaking, dun dun dun, sneaking, dun dun dun, I am snake, sneaking,” etc etc, all to the tune of the game’s theme that plays for the entire time you’re playing the game lmfao

I’m so happy, my work Mac is FINALLYYYYYY updating itself. I’ve been fighting with it for weeks and doing all sorts of troubleshooting on it with no luck at all. Finally this morning it came through and I jumped on it right away, lest I have to start all over again. It’s literally taken about 4 hours to install the update, but I don’t care because it’s working and has finally reached the restart stage of the updating process. Now all of my other programs will be able to stop yelling at me that the Mac is too outdated for them to update to the next versions lmao This Mac is about 10 years old and it still works like a champ and everything on it is current. Literally the only problem I’ve been having is the update issue, which has been sorted. Other than that, I’m feeling pretty alright. Slow at work but I can generally find other stuff to keep me busy (usually cleaning of some kind haha)
