What is the fastest pet to get because I really want one :V

Probably boss pets.. I mean statistically speaking Skotizo has a 1/65 drop rate but it can still take awhile to get it. Because that's a 1/65 chance each time you kill him not that you will guarantee get it after 65 kills. A lot of people would argue mole pet is easier to get because it's an easy to kill boss for low levels and at higher levels you can rapidly kill it, same with Scurries. 

In skilling pets Tempo pet or phoenix pet because Tempo seems to drop a lot. There's also the Runecrafting pet from the Guardians of the Rift game. I see tons of people get that pet drop. Skilling pets in general I think harder when we are talking about beaver/raccoon/squirrel/etc because you can go 50m XP dry on that lmao it's really all luck tbh there's no set way to get one quickly. 

Pet hunting is much easier though when you are higher level and go after bosses.

I still need to level my combat a lot before the combat ones I think.. I don't know what the level I need is.

There are a lot of pets you don't need combat level for though

There's a lot of skilling pets and skilling pet variants. 

Variants such as getting the wc beaver then doing forestry to get the pheasant and fox variants or doing agility to get the squirrel pet then getting the variants like black and bone.

There's the chompy bird all you need to do is chompy bird hunting. It's guaranteed drop on some number, maybe 500 I don't remember.

I've seen sis' fox ;V I wanted to get that but first I have to get the beaver and so far I haven't had any luck. 
 

She taught me a way to spam get forestry events but I don't remember how it was

Find a set of 15 - 20 worlds and log in to each down the line, hit the tree with an axe once, log out, log into the next in a set. Once you return to the original world you started on, hit the tree again and it will 9 times out of 10 spawn a forestry event. This is because a magic tree is going to fall in 3 minutes no matter what. When a tree falls is when forestry events spawn. If you log in and out of about 20 worlds you'll get 10-11 forestry events before you make it back to the original world once more and start the cycle over. This gives you the highest chances of fox or pheasant because you can skip the events without the item you are looking for.

With the way its set up I wouldn't know what the heck you were talking about either unless someone showed me lmao 

the method sounds complicated but it's actually not. I ended up doing it for a little while trying to get fox. Fox is hard as heck to get ~

You can get it before that though ~ but you have to complete the Western Province Diaries.. all of it.. before you can get it so while it's easy to get once you get that done, getting that done is not easy lol

I don't think I've started diaries o(╥﹏╥)o I haven't done very much but I wanted more pets than just my cats. I guess I will have to resign myself to just being the cat lady.
