Clayton
I read about a 500 page novel a day. Takes about three or four to read the unabridged Count of Monte Cristo or Journey to the West. Does anyone else here regularly read actual books? Few if any pictures, please? What did you read when you were younger? Choose Your Own Adventure? Bunnicula? The Plant That Ate dirty Socks? Harry Potter? The Wishgiver? Do you only read books they made movies out of? Read any anime lightnovels?
DylanMax
500 pages a day? Respect. I’m more of a “read until my eyes bleed” kind of person, but I’m not hitting those numbers. Grew up on Harry Potter and Choose Your Own Adventure, still chasing that high. Anime light novels? Sure, but only if they’re as chaotic as the shows. Keep flexing those reading muscles! froggy
I typically read during school or before bed. I read light novels like Drrr! and manga like Gokurakugai in Japanese just to practice. But besides that I read chinese danmei, or BL like Heaven's Official Blessing or the husky and his white cat shizun.
Gale
I had a brief reading spree before classes started for me last semester. I finished the ACOTAR series, the Hunger Games series, and a few one-offs. I read through LoTR: Fellowship of the Ring, but I kept putting off Two Towers. I also read Assassin's Creed: Renaissance and Brotherhood--both which were really good. I've put off reading for the time being until I finish school. I suppose you can say that I've shifted the reading material for now--bahaha. Colu
Lately I’ve been reading before bed, currently working on The Midnight Line by Lee Child (it’s a Jack Reacher novel)
