Adams43 Posted October 19, 2025 Share Posted October 19, 2025 I think live action versions of anime can be interesting, but they’re often hit or miss. Some, like Alita: Battle Angel, did a great job capturing the spirit of the original, while others, like Death Note or Dragon Ball Evolution, lost a lot of what made the anime special. The casting choices are great, the special effects are great, and the production value is amazing. It is definitely worth watching if you’re a One Piece fan, I promise. Val_2405 Posted April 20 Share Posted April 20 Personally, I'm not such a fan of them deciding to do live action anime, but much less if they are fantasy (like just leveling) since I feel that the effects would not be so faithful. Although if there has been live action what do they shut my mouth like the one in One piece of Avatar The Last Airbender. Especially the Avatar one, since as far as they have taken the cast seems very attached to me, although of course I am not such a fan of changes that are made in the story Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
