drill
So, I finally got around to watching this. While it is pretty good, it did get a bit creepy at times (especially episode 2). Also, Ginko is a great MC.
Yuuki_Radosian
Personally one of my favorite series , I need to get it again (I had it on my old HDD [the one I crushed ] along with a lot of anime that I haven't been able to get since , which I would really like to re-watch). I'm planning on getting season two next month if I'm able , I loved the MC and the Mushi were excellent , as well as how they were presented and how they interacted with the world. I especially enjoyed the episode about the little girl living in the woods who could see the Mushi and drew them (I hope I'm remembering this correctly , I watched this quite a while ago ). drill
Got around to watching this again. These types of anime that are episodic, and no episode has any real effect on the next one makes it so then there is no real reason to just plow through the series. Perhaps one of the sequels is more linear.

I enjoyed the fact that the series was so episodic , to me that made it more timeless but I do understand that it can be annoying when the show doesn't flow. Orius
Yeah, I love the non-linearity. Usually, it can bother me in shounen series where they just make jokes all the time, but the non-linearity of this series actually has a nice theme revolving round it, and I love the atmosphere said theme brings out. But I never got around to season 2. I just don't have the time and motivation for that many anime series nowadays. -,-
Karen
I accidentally watched season 2 before season 1, because season 2 was on Crunchyroll. I can't bring myself to go back and watch the first season now, because my expectations are so high, I'm too nervous it won't be as polished and nice as season 2. But yes, very good. It was able to keep me relaxed and focused, which is quite a feat.
Alca
As I mentioned before this is one of my favourite anime. Really unique series, I love anything that makes you think and there were some really clever episodes. Also this anime was so good at handling atmosphere. I loved both seasons, but I think season 2 topped the first.
Sinister~
This is one of my favs too ~ it's got supernatural. I watched this because I was finishing an anime similar to Natsume no yuujinchou. The OST is great and it is episodic.
