This is written beautifully and you really have a way of conveying feelings through your writing. I'd really like to see you writing happy poetry one day though. On another note, What @Sarada said is right. You should consider doing that. Even if it's rejected at least you don't have to live with a "what if" and never know how they feel as well. If nothing else you would be able to move on from it instead of holding all of this inside.
