Hey, at least you have a guaranteed schedule! I’ve worked at places where you have no idea if you’re working the next week or not, until the schedule comes out. And I’ve also worked as on-call staff, which can be downright brutal. 

Yeah, I can imagine that would really be a annoying situation. 

It just sucks because I've had to put up with bullying and sexual harassment. And the boss told me to get over it.
