    McDonald's

Care to share some pictures here? =) I will post two of my favourite things here below! Oh and one thing I dislike of McDonald's nowadays are the milkshakes, somehow they stopped caring to blend/mix it very well. It's usually more like ice-cream and you cannot drink it unless you wait a very long time...
  2. Yeah Burn it Down is a really good song, I am glad they picked that one out as their first single for this album because it really made me giving their new album a chance to listen to! I bought the single last May and even got it signed by all the Linkin Park members! ^^ Felt like my life being a fan of Linkin Park is completed or something haha.
  3. Hawaii!! Is it really what they always show Hawaii like in movies? Beach, surfing, those cute beach dancing outfits for girls and the dance moves? I really want to go surfing there! Well I've only been to Oahu which has the biggest population. The beach and nature is as beautiful if not more beautiful. One bad thing is on Oahu where there is so much tourism the people have trampled the reefs so much they are killing the coral, therefore there are less fish at most the tourist spots so you gotta find places without so much tourism to see the reef like you do in movies. There is plenty of surfing and the water is amazing! Beachs like Waikiki are great small waves for beginners. When I visited I didn't see so much of the hula girls and dances if that's what you're referring to. You can find them if you go to like the Polynesian culture center and go to luaus. I loved it there I'm going to go see the big island soon. Yes the Hula! That was the word I was looking for, thank you. =) Ah what a shame that too many tourist are ruining things there and killing the coral. A friend of mine went there too but during Christmas and she said she saw a Santa in swim-shorts for the very first time haha. ^^ Appearantly they also sell a lot of Asian products there in terms of food.

    McDonald's

    1. Almost never. Maybe once or twice a year? I avoid it because of my sunflower allergy. Even though I am trying to get over it, I have the feeling I still will get a huge stomach ache of it there haha. 2. McFlurry Stroopwafel (Syrup Waffle), typical Dutch cookie. Around February they have the "Holland burgers" each year, which have typical Dutch ingredients. Probably some more typical Dutch things but I cannot seem to remember them at the moment. 3. I like those small burgers you get in your happy meal, regular or cheeseburger! Next to that, the McChicken Saté, it contains the chicken burger, lettuce, peanut sauce, bean sprouts and crispy garlic. ^^

    Love Songs

Since I am more into rock music I will list a few love songs of that genre! Not sure what kind of Love Song you are looking for specifically so I am giving a little description. ^^ Last To Know - Three Days Grace Kinda like a heartbreak song but over the person because he found a new person to love at the end of the song. All The Same - Sick Puppies He doesn't care that she runs of a million times because he knows she will come back to him every time. It's Not Over - Daughtry He tries to make up for his mistakes in the past and knows that she is the only one in his life. We're Not Gonna Fall - Daughtry One of my favourites. Showing and telling her that together they can get through anything no matter what anybody else says! Have Faith In Me - A Day To Remember Asking her to have faith in him because he never will let her go and never did. It's Not You - Halestorm Telling her ex-boyfriend that she is totally in love with her new boyfriend. The Only Hope For Me Is You - My Chemical Romance Hoping that whatever is happening he will still end up with her because she is his only hope. Hurricane - Thirty Seconds To Mars No matter how many times she wants him to leave he still wants to be with her. However he is wondering if she really loves him or was it a lie? (This one almost brought me to tears and I never cry with movies and stuff) Will continue later on, this is enough for now
  6. Time to get my nerdgear on, alright here it goes! I got into this game end 2006/beginning 2007 and ever since then I am hooked! I don't really have a side that I prefer but if I had to choose I would choose Horde because they have more fantasy characters. I was wondering if any of you share or shared my addiction? Don't worry I don't play it non-stop, whenever I have game-time I play an hour or two in the evening but not every day. I quit for months lots of times.
  7. Hawaii!! Is it really what they always show Hawaii like in movies? Beach, surfing, those cute beach dancing outfits for girls and the dance moves? I really want to go surfing there!
  8. Welcome back Corrupt! It's great to see you joining as well! =D Let's enjoy and have fun like old times.
  9. Rant: Real good! Oh I missed that...but I was being really dump though. I decided to eat french fries as a first real meal again (Liquid diet for 2 weeks) and that made me feel sick haha! My stomach was not used to heavy and hard food, started with french fries? Don't ever do that! Oh cup of coffee in the morning, I missed you!
  10. This is one of my favourites because this way I can get to new songs and I could always use some new songs! It's Not You! - Halestorm
  11. 'Cause I know Ciara would love this! =) Rant away randomly what is on your mind or going on in your life, new things you've heard/taught/said/found out etc! Can be anything but still following the forum rules of course. ^.^
  12. "Living Things", Linkin Park's fifth studio album, is a step back to the original Linkin Park genre. As their first single "Burn It Down" says; they're building it all to break it back down. Linkin park has taken some of those broken pieces from the past and repositioned them with a modern sound. Fans from the old era of Linkin Park seem to enjoy this album just as much as their album named "Minutes To Midnight". It contains more anger as their earliest studio album "Hybrid Theory" to make a little come-back for their older fans, which means Mike Shinoda is the hard hitting rhymes rapper again and Chester Bennington is screaming along with the lyrics that remains in his heart. The album contains twelve new songs and gives the amount of 36 minutes to enjoy as what we are used to of Linkin Park. Even though four of the twelve tracks are clocked less than three minutes, it is without a doubt the best album they have released since 2003 with "Meteora" still taking the lead. Linkin Park is still playing with themes such as power, deceit, greed and developed societies, although it is nowhere as pompous as it was on "A Thousand Sounds:. Yet various ideas tribes from the sessions of moderate predecessor, without considering "Living Things" as a continuation. (I will edit the track describing later on!) 1. Lost In The Echo 2. In My Remains 3. Burn It Down 4. Lies Greed Misery 5. I'll Be Gone 6. Castle Of Glass 7. Victimized 8. Road Untraveled 9. Skin To Bone 10. Until It Breaks. 11. Tinfoil 12. Powerless
  13. Which countries have you seen? Maybe you could list them and tell which one was your favorite? Could be some amazing ideas for others or just to see which countries we all have visited! ^^ With these kind of things I am very lucky to live in Europe, so many different countries and all have a different culture! So I can experience another culture very nearby. Countries I have been to besides The Netherlands; Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Malta, England, Scotland, Aruba and Curacao I think. Well that is what I can remember. =)
  14. Since your answer is "Neither" I think Optic should change the poll with more answers! =) A lot of people love them "Both" and some "Neither". Thanks Line ^^
  15. Ishtar! I remember the first thing I asked you was how you came up with that name since I was into YuGiOh and my favourite character was named Malik Ishtar! =) Great to see you here!
  16. What an amazing idea for a topic! The plan I am currently working on is backpacking with a group of four (including me) in Japan during the Summer of 2013! We will still have to see if that is possible because if not it will be during my birthday, March 2014 because that is when the cherry blossom trees will bloom. The plan is still in progress but definitely will come true! Next to that, planning a Eurotour with Ciara during the Summer of 2014! So far we've got; The Netherlands, Belgium, France & Germany. Maybe we can add the UK to it since the train to the UK is at Brussels in Belgium. So excited for this, meeting an online friend during a tour!
  17. Oh tea with milk is amazing! I also like to add a bit of honey to my tea. First time I tried milk in my tea was in London, at first I thought it was weird to do that but once I tried I fell in love with it. Japanese Green Tea is also something I enjoy very much.
  18. This is actually one of the populair songs I liked straight away! Usually I have to get used to it and might like it later on. The dance moves in this video seems really fun and I love it how people here dance like the video from the very first second they here it. I do here some Dutch in it but that's because I do not know the language.
  19. Honestly I really love them both but if I had to choose, coffee without a doubt! A good cup of coffee in the early mornings is something that really makes me happy. Ever since Ciara told me about Starbucks in 2004 (on the old AN) I got so curious about it, I looked around online and I wanted to try it some day so badly! Also because my favourite bands and artists really seemed to be into Starbucks so that also triggered me. Finally when I was in the UK for the first time I notice a Starbucks at the airport and I almost begged my parents to go there haha. I fell in love with White Cafe Mocca right away! Starbucks is definitely my favourite Coffee-shop but there are some other good ones too like Douwe Egberts (Dutch Coffee Brand) and McCafé (tried that on holidays too) but never will be able to compete with Starbucks for me. I am also very creative with coffee at home and seem to surprise my family with it. All with all, I love coffee! Not too much, 1 a day max because I don't want to get too much caffeine inside me haha.
  20. Hey! Welcome here Maria! Seems like we have things in common but I do have a question. Since you find water so important, do you also love to swim or go to the beach? =D You got me curious on what those other drinks are! ^^ Anyways nice to meet you & have fun!
  21. Hiya!! Don't think we have met before? ^^ Welcome to the forums and it is nice to have a new person online! Hope you will like it here. =)
  22. What a great pick-up line ;D Haha kidding! Glad you made it Ciara ^^
