My favorite anime include Steins;Gate, Monogatari Series, Fate/Zero, Angel Beats, and Shigatsu. Limiting it down farther than that is too hard. For manga, Countrouble, Pandora Hearts, and World God Only Knows. Steins;Gate is a time traveling romance anime. The Monogatari Series is mainly romance with a lot of talking, and it starts out a bit slow but really shines in the second season. Fate/Zero is the best battle royale you will ever watch, although, you might want to watch Fate/Stay Night first as Fate/Zero doesn't explain things as well and you might get lost. Angel Beats is a really good supernatural/romance anime. For the manga, Countrouble is a pretty good romcom while Pandora Hearts focuses on supernatural and a really indepth story.  I guess if I were to have to choose though, I would probably recommend Steins;Gate and Pandora Hearts over everything else. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm usually not one for romance so Monogatari Series, Steins;Gate and most of the others are out. I have watched the first ep of Steins;Gate though. It is very confusing so I dropped it:? After I finished reading the Arslan Senki LN, I decided to give the Fate series LN a try. I put in on-hold when I was reading the first book though. Too busy with exams. The plot is good and I have heard the OST. So I think I will give it a try Phew!
