Snow was flurrying here a little while ago but since stopped and we don't have any snow accumulation yet.

All we got was flurries if you even want to call them that, no real snow at all, it is cold though, I guess like 20-something.

Well you should be here then. 

I'm currently in the middle of what they are calling the worst snowstorm to ever hit Rhode Island. Right now we have around 36 inches of snow at my house, most people don't have power but by some miracle we still do. My dad said something about a travel ban and the bridges being closed but not sure what that means or does or how it effects me because I can't go outside anyway. When we opened the door a little bit ago the snow has piled up so high on the door from drifts and wind that it's almost higher than the door and we will have to literally dig our way out. We have a generator if things go bad though I guess, and plenty of food and blankets.

We've got snow but not a crazy amount like that. You took the snow to the next level, don't die out there.

I'm trying not to do that but at least I don't have to worry about school for awhile....

I hope you don't lose power. Are you used to this amount in your area or is this out of the ordinary?
