Okay but when is the Christmas event going to drop because I'm ready for it now  I put on my RS Christmas outfit today and I'm ready to go sledding and skiing and ice skating in game lol ~

I was thinking the same thing. I'm about to get my santa hats out and get ready for the Christmas event. Wasn't the ice skating event part of last years?

Last year added the ice rink and ice skating abilities with the quest from Jack Frost. This year there is also a lot of effort being made into the Christmas event to have a long and interesting one as it was last year.

The ice skating stuff last year was so fun lol I remember being out on the pond there ice skating with you + some other of our friends and trying to get all the achievements outside of the normal event.

Ya there actually was a lot of thought into last years with the achievement stuff added to it ~ meant that just cuz you finished the event, didn't mean you finished all there was to do there. It took me several hours to finish all the ice skating ones lmao but it was something fun to do outside of the norm for awhile

I enjoyed last year's with the added achievement lists after the event ended. Being able to ice skate and do the skating ramps was fun to do with friends and your right, a nice break from skilling and leveling.

I DON'T LIKE THAT NOPE I don't want to wait  I have zero patience in waiting for Christmas events loll ~ I just wanna start getting into the Christmas spirit now. I think the clan is doing a Christmas event @ the clan base. 

OH! And I've started collecting items for my annual Christmas giveaway. I'm going to do it on both members and free worlds this year so I can give out something to everyone. I'll be collecting Rune items for non-members and well anything for member item giveaways.

I have a bunch of stuff to donate for the Christmas giveaway event. I'll buy some rune sets to add with it. Most of what I have is members-only. What day are you planning to do the giveaway this year?

I don't know for sure but I think she said something about doing it on the 23rd or 24th. I donated about 200 mill worth of stuff for it.

I haven't really decided yet but I do want to do some of it on the 24th because that's tradition lol ~ I also think I might do part of it on the 22nd or 23rd. I need to get donations together from everyone and figure out who is going to be Elves and in what towns we should do handouts. I also need to make the official forum thread on the RS forums.

There's several people in the clan who will help out with giving the items away too. I assumed we will be setting up Christmas elves in Varrock, Lumbridge and Falador for non-mems and Camelot, the Grand Exchange, Varrock and Ardougne in members like last year?

G.E. Probably the best place to hand out at no? Since that's where everyone mostly hangs out at these days. Non-members Lumbridge is still a good spot. Are they doing a Christmas fashion parade this year?

It would be a good place I included it on the list. To what I know right now the Christmas community parade will also be having this year but what day I don't know yet it hasn't been decided. The clan is also doing a Christmas parade on the 22nd it's under events in clan discord server.

There is already people posting information for a lot of the house parties they are planning to have in December even with the lists of some things. Some are dropping close to 500m so far I seen.

Those open hp's are fun but just don't feel the same anymore, there is always like a billion people there and you end up getting like.. something work 10k on the ground and wasting an hour of your time lmao ~ it's still fun to be there and chatting with people or hoping to get something though. I usually just stick with the people I know having them unless I get bored. I thought about doing one this year but since we are already doing the Christmas elf giveaways I figured that would be too much and I ain't about to go broke giving crap away.

Fair point, At the last I had gone to I had entity hider on and still couldn't get to anything fast enough. Even items dropped directly under me as there were also 30 other people standing in the same spot I was.
