Unfortunately, it won't be available on mobile. Any member's account can simply select a Sailing Alpha Playtest world from the world selection menu, and log in to begin testing. I tried it a bit earlier and at Runefest. The skill is alright, nothing I'm jumping for joy over but it'll be interesting to see how a new skill works out on the actual game. Summoning is a skill on RS3 that allows you to summon different creatures to help you.
