AJarl93
My username on chess.com is AJarl93 and I would like to start a chess club on AF since it doesn't seem like there is one. Do I have permission to do so and if yes, how? also if there already is a chess club on AF please direct me to it.
0 Sakura
I answered your DM with this information but I will also post it here in case anyone else has the same question in the future - As far as I know you don't need any special permissions to start a club and any user is welcome to do so. At the top of the forum where it says "Forum, Clubs, Blogs, Activity" you can just click on clubs and then "Start a club" on the right-hand side of the clubs section. After that anyone can join and participate in it. You can name it, choose who is able to join such as if it's open to members or private, the description of the club, and choose a club icon to represent it. 0 Clayton
You can always see if someone can do that "knight to queen's bishop three" stuff, but I can't see people being here enough to maintain it.
