I was needing help to find an anime or movie that I saw

I don't know if anyone has seen it or remembers it, I remember that the protagonist found a child-like robot assistant in an alley, took it home, turned it on, and lived with it taking care of it as if she were her daughter, the robot took care of some sunflowers and constantly saw images of the sea, wanting to go see it, and she also felt bad due to the failures in her system and had complications doing what the other assistants did, the robot begins to fail and the protagonist takes it to a mechanic who checks it and says that he can't do anything since the model is Dude, the robot spends its last days with its owner until he takes it to see the sea and the robot turns off and never turns on again. I don't know if that was the robot's name or if it was the title but I remember you said "Flower" because the robot was taking care of sunflowers.

Not 100% for sure but it sounds like Kurogane Communication to me.

It's not that one Kurogane Communication similar but its about a young girl, who is believed to be the last surviving human, being looked after by a group of robots.

Sounds like what @Nobody described could be an ova called Kowarekake no Orgel, aka The Broken Music Box. The robot's name was "Flower".  It's a bit of a tearjerker.
