Reiko in a hallux-toe-length school skirt

This is Reiko from the anime Super Club. She is wearing a hallux-toe-length(longer than ankle-length but shorter than true floor-length and I mean that the skirt reaches down and ends at the top surfaces of her hallux-toes) version of her straight-cut(non-flaring and non-A-line) pleated(either knife-pleated or box-pleated) highschool skirt. The hallux toes is the biggest toe of the human feet.
