Charlotte - Episode 3 Discussion

Pretty good episode this week. Also, I'm glad they finally introduced the fourth member that will probably join the student council as well. It is pretty funny seeing the MC trying to be cool, but the president blowing off all of his ideas.

This third episode was great. I really like Yusa. Her pyromaniac dead sister that possesses her is pretty cool too

Overall, this episode was enjoyable and I appreciated the sadness towards the end when the two guys had to say goodbye to their dear friend and the one guy confessed to Yusa's dead sister. I almost teared up.

I can't wait to see how this anime turns out!

Yusa was interesting, but I felt they tried to pack a little too much in that episode with Misa (her violent possessed dead sister). I found it hard to connect to the sad scene towards the end before Misa "disappeared" for good as they were jumping personalities quite often - maybe that could've been spread towards two episodes.

I agree, episode 3 felt like it could've been two episodes. I'll tolerate it though as long as the rest of the anime is paced well, but considering that Angel Beats, as great of an anime it was, was also a bit rushed... I doubt Charlotte will fit cleanly into just one cour.
