  1. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury to wait or study. I'm interested in seamanship because it covers the cost of the living. You get a room to sleep on in the ship, electricity, water and food are covered. For a man who is forced to emigrate his country with no money, it's the only viable option. Any job that covers the cost of living is ideal for me. I know couple of languages, I have a degree in electro engineering, I'm good at Photoshop and I can edit videos. Video editing is limited because my laptop is not made for it.
  2. Hi. Sorry for the late reply. The thread was empty for so long, that I gave up and stopped checking it. My situation is not easy to say the least, I'm from Ukraine and I'm planning to escape soon. It's a huge risk, especially now when the EU countries are starting to deny protection to Ukrainian men from 18 to 60. Specifically to Ukrainian men because they need us for their war. Escaping Ukraine is already an insanely difficult task. I'd lie if I said I wasn't worried. Just recently a guy tried to escape Ukraine by flying over a border with paraglider, but he was shoot by the border gourds. I have almost no money. I have some pocket change at best. Buying equipment for the escape ate away almost all my finances. For now I'm planning to go to cheap countries, especially outside the EU. One viable option is Moldova, at least for the time being. Unfortunately I don't have any remote job or some income to cover the costs. Hopefully I'll find a job quick enough before I run out of money. If there's anyone from Moldova, I'd like to get some advice.
  3. Hi guys, I know rent is expensive everywhere these days, but my fellow Europeans, please help with some suggestions in the country where you currently live. I don't have a lot of money, but I'm forced to leave my country in eastern Europe, so any possible suggestions, no matter in which country would help. But preferably in countries like Ireland, Germany, Austria, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia. The Balkans in general.
  4. Unfortunately most of these YouTube channels are American centered, they don't cover the European part, but I'll ask him.
  5. Thanks a lot, I'll check it out. The community for it helps a lot too, I'm sure there would be some people with experience in the industry.
  6. Hi guys, I'd like to know how to get into the commercial shipping industry, cargo ships to be precise. I live in Europe so I'm interested how to do it here, which country doesn't matter, just want to know all the steps I need to do to get a job there. I'd also like to know if they take foreigners, since even though I live in Europe I live outside the Schengen/EU zone. Only personal experience, no internet information, I can Google myself.
  7. I'm feeling shit. My emigration planning is so exhausting, so many questions, I fucking don't know. Pardon my french... Let alone I don't even know how to escape, where to go.
  8. Every day I look into maps, plan routes, and deal with stress that comes with it.
  9. I'm gonna do something similar, in my case it's matter of survival, I have to escape somehow even though the borders are closed, and survive with little to no money.
  10. Anybody from Ukraine, would like to chat with you.
  11. Need an advice if there are any lawyers here. Don't take it seriously, just trying my luck.
  12. So do I! The forum has been inactive lately, I've been constantly checking threads, and they were no updates. It's nice to have a new members, welcome. You can always count me as your friend.
  13. Guys, if anyone has any experience of escaping a "hypothetical" country, please DM me.

  14. Cyrillic? You know Russian? Можно на нашем если что.
  15. This is the best I've made so far, my inspiration was sky island from one piece.
  16. This is probably the strangest thing I'm gonna post in this forum, but does anybody know an online job that I can do from home that pays 10$ per day? Although 10$ per day is the minimum I need I'm willing to go as low as 5$ per day.

@RyePotatoes I know about upwork, there's a lot of competition there, and the key thing in upwok is good feedback, you'd need to bulid your account's status for years to get clients constantly for every day or at least few days per week. Upwork and Fiverr are good websites, but they are good if you have time to build your account, I need something consistent, something that pays very little but every day.

I used oprewards.com like 7 years ago and my brother actively visits gain.gg

I can't guarantee the 5 bucks per day and I don't remember much about the specifics though.

  17. Don't have allergies to weather changes, so I can't understand what you feel, but my older sister does. She has allergies on almost everything, I have none, strange, isn't it!? Thanks for your support, I appreciate it. My situation is bit different, I'm more of a prisoner. A very toxic situation, not for an open discussion.
