It is possible using ad ons or plugins not only by changing the color of your name also by re-shaping your pfp to circle changing the font style and etc however you are the only one who can view the changes. Changing the source code is technically illegal if you force to change and be viewed by everyone.

Try Minecraft it works both offline and online gameplay. If you want a pure offline gameplay try emulators like psp and ps1. They work well on average phones! If you want a PvP game you can try Honor of Kings, a pure online gameplay.

You should atleast have an ultra specs phone to play the latest games or minimum of 8gb of ram 128rom and a kirin or snapdragon processor to play games with a screen of 120 refresh rate so there you can play like hoyoverse games. I'm speaking of android platform.
