Now I am not entirely sure if these are Chinese or Japanese but I absolutely love them!! I want to get some for my garden. Does anyone know the meaning behind them? Where they originated? Why they are hung, ect.?

Ah okay that makes sense then. I see why it looks that way now but I still prefer the older animation. This one seems a bit too simple. I still might give it a try. I doubt it will top the original for me.

I nearly started watching Death Note like 10 or so times over the years but never did. I know the basics of it and it sounded interesting but I only ever seen 2, maybe three episodes. It takes a lot for me to invest in an anime. I want to feel like I can't stop watching it lol Is this a series worth starting?

For those of you who are, how does it compare to Pokemon from the 90's? It has been YEARS since I watched and I was debating on getting back in to it. I used to love the anime but I am just afraid it may have changed too much. I looked at come pictures and the animation quality is definitely better but I don't know about the story. How old even is Ash these days?

I love cats... Who doesn't? If you don't you can just LEAVE! MEH! lol Anyways, when it comes to anime, cats are just so darn cute! I can't help but love them. My favorite is Artemis from Sailor Moon. I liked Luna as well but his charm won me over.

It is so easy to binge out these days with the boom of online media. I get in trouble when I find anything I enjoy watching that I am behind in. I prefer it this way though because I am on a tight schedule. I will let you know, thanks for your help!

I recently got back in to Pokemon last year. I haven't started watching the series again but I enjoy playing the game. I have always loved Vaporeon and the Eeveelutions so I started collecting items again. I have a Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon plush. I have a Mew plush coming in the mail Do you collect any Pokemon items?

I actually got into that game this year with my fiance and we love playing it together. It is a great game for couples or friends to play together but it can be good solo. The graphics are amazing and the customization is steller. Best part of all... IT IS FREE! haha I will end up getting platinum eventually but thus far, I haven't even needed it. I grew up on console gaming. I loved it but it just isn't the same anymore... Well, Nintendo is keeping it close to that but as of PS4 and Xbox One... Meh. I made the switch to PC gaming and I am glad I did. So many more options and I love being able to mod a PC with colorful LED fans. haha Also graphics >>>>> and not paying to play online >>>>>

Thanks I will check your list out. I have been recommended code geass in the past. I don't mind long episodes but I prefer shorter ones. I am open to longer ones. I watch some TV series that are 40+ minutes so it can't be much different. If it is good, I get sucked in anyways and binge watch haha

I have yet to watch this one so I am curious. I have seen all of the older ones and was in love with the show growing up. It has been awhile since I watched any so I may go back an binge on the old ones when I have more time haha So how is this one different from the older one? Does it take place in a different time or lead right off from the last?

As far as your opinion goes, which is the best Episode for you? Well... I am all for this! haha I just hope it is better than GT. I didn't care much for that one. I do like most of the movies which I thought was going to be the result of this anime but a new series might be a good thing.

Like the series length or the episode length? I prefer longer series with shorter episodes. There was another one I liked, it was very short. It was "something" Lied I think. With an alien woman. Not sure, it was on Netflix. Oh and I left out that I like Pokemon but that is more for the game. I haven't watch the series in YEARS so I don't know if that got better or worse.

Mars for me. She was spunky, strong, and always the hot head of the bunch. I tend to be laid back and quiet myself so I like characters who are the opposite of me. AND HELLO! FIIIRE!!! haha

I am shocked to see this forum section empty! I actually know quite a few people who are such die hard fans of this series they have the characters tattooed on themselves! haha Anyways, for those of you who have watched Cowboy Bebop, which character is your favorite? I typically like all of them but the one that I always enjoyed the most was the main one, Spike. He was fund to watch and very witty. He made me laugh quite a bit as well. He has his moments of being very serious as well. A nice mix for one character.

I am new here! Just joined == I am a fan of some Anime, looking to get into some new ones. My favorite is Dragon Ball Z but I also enjoyed Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bebop, and the not so popular Shinchan to name a few. I look forward to being a member of the community!!
