  1. well her name sounds like a pokemon. But yeah a friend also recommended this to me. He said it was violent. And I still remember that 1st episode. It was just a bloodbath.
  2. Give it a try. I haven't seen or read corpse party but Berserk has some dark themes that can get really sick.
  3. I would say Berserk the manga. Because it went all out. Although it might not be considered horror? and maybe just gory....
  4. maybe @User 1510 means to enjoy it to the fullest because there is no need to read? You can sit back and just watch? Anyways, I prefer dubbed. Mainly because I want to see what's going on-screen instead of having to glance down to read subtitles. But subbed is also okay. Eventually you get used to reading subtitles that you can quickly glance down then back up to see what's going on. I am trying to learn a few Japanese phrases but not so I can watch Anime without subtitles but because I wanted to learn a foreign language. (aside from English) And I though, hey why not Japanese s
  5. Stein's Gate for me. It made me stop and think a bit about life. Like how things could have turned out differently in my life (either better or worse) if I made a few different choices along the way.
  6. I agree. Marketing alone is already hard enough. But marketing for personal projects is even harder. People don't seem to care if you're just a small fry. (like my personal projects in my signature) But keep at it and people will eventually notice. Sometimes the ones who succeed are merely people who never gave up.
  7. I don't really care what people call me. They can call me anything they want. All I know is I would keep on watching anime until I'm so old that I can't anymore physically. I will read manga from time to time. I will continue adding to my figure collection if I have money to spare. And I will work on anime-related projects from time to time. (Like the metacritic for anime website and I Am A Hero motion manga I made. check my signature below) But if I have to choose, anime enthusiast. Since I don't see myself as a hardcore otaku,
  8. For the marketing, how about social media sites? It might go viral.
  9. Watching an old one in Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad. I should have watched this back when I was still in a band.
  10. No problem. You're doing a great job.
  11. I thought they were extended mouse mats..... Have you ever thought of getting them printed? And selling them?
  12. A Cheeky Angel was actually one of the first anime I've watched when I became a fan. Then ending was bad in the anime. So I was wondering how did it end in the manga? I am not a huge consumer of manga. And I'm pretty picky when it comes to them. It takes a lot to get me to read something and 20th Century Boys was one manga that hooked me. I don't know why. I can't explain it. I just started reading one chapter and before you know it I was reading for hours. At that time I also didn't know that the manga was legendary. I thought it was just one average or obscure manga.
  13. Good job. The theater looks great. I agree it's better to have the anime locally and not streamed for a better experience. Unless you have very fast Internet. I've seen home movie theaters but this might be the first time I've seen a home anime theater.
  14. @drill thank you for the amazing browser comparisons. Good job. I'm currently on Firefox but I would be trying out the other browsers. Especially the lesser known ones.
