A_Online
My two examples of this are death note and may I ask for one final thing, but I’m curious to see if there’s other anime’s where the dub is a better experience than the sub.
Ohayotaku
Cowboy Bebop is the one that always comes to my mind.
Zariel
I don't watch very much in sub because I don't want to read while I'm watching TV. I know some people get all argumentive about that but I really don't care. I find dub to be just as good but that's my own opinion. The only time I watch in sub is when dub isn't available and I really want to see the anime. 2

I usually watch in dub too, I don't think I get a better experience in sub so I don't feel like you're missing anything, but it's personal preference. I did watch Naruto, Bleach, and Death Note in sub however and found them to be really good that way and I thought Naruto was better in sub than dub. Sakura
I usually find the experience of every anime to be better in dub lol I watched DBZ Super in both dub and sub and I thought the dub was better for example. Dbz Super is about the only anime I've watched in both dub and sub though so I can't say much for the other animes.

What anime do you watch in sub then? What anime do you really like to watch?
Sakura Dragon
If you only speak English, then all of them. Watching anime with Japanese audio along with English subtitles is just insane to me and I never understood the argument that some anime are better when subtitled…something about how the Japanese voice acting is better than the English voice actors. There is also the argument that you can watch an anime sooner if you watch it subtitled. Even if one voice is better than the other, why not watch the show in the only language you know how to speak? In rewards to having to wait, I feel like waiting to watch the English dub is definitely worth it.

And Sakura Dragon made a good point in saying that all of them are better if English is your main language which is how I feel about it. I don't much understand thinking the Japanese is better when you can't even understand it unless you speak it o^o I'm aware that subs are often different text than what they say in English, but again, if I wanted to read it, I could read the manga so English in anime is always preferred to me. Death Note is one of those rare cases where the dub is honestly just as good, if not better for some people. The voice acting really fits the characters. Jellal
I like JJK, Kill La Kill, Solo Leveling, FMA, and Dragon Ball in dub better.

KookyKonata
I typically prefer dubbed over subbed, but I can definitely acknowledge when a dub is really bad, or at least worse than the sub. Here are some that I think the dub is really good and worth the watch: Ranma ½ Remake, Gamers, Re:Zero, You and I are Polar Opposites, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Lucky Star
