Seems you were right about sensei being the killer. Just like Satoru I just didn't want him to be the killer.

And how on earth is Satoru going to get out of this sticky situation...?! :'(

 

 

On another note I was pleasantly surprised (even if it was slightly rushed) how Airi Katagiri was befriended by Satoru and his classmates. MUST NOW reassure myself with happy relationship scenes that Satoru created that were shown towards the end of the episode.

No seriously, why am I joking in a situation like this? What's wrong with me?! THIS EPISODE! Even though we all knew that the teacher was at least involved in the abductions/murders, I was still on the edge of my seat during the "reveal"!!! I have a feeling some form of revival may take place, but not the usual. Who knows, completely random fan theory, what if he ends up in a the present day in the timeline where he died? Probably not, it's just my mind is racing so much with this episode! AAAHHHH!!!

When the director starts running out of episodes . That was really packed in, I can't blame them though, 12 episodes for this series is just not enough.

Still, it has been a good ride so far, looking forward to the last two.

It was another great episode. I honestly don't see why everybody is so upset about the cliffhanger at the end. I highly doubt they are going to kill Satoru off. Killing him off would ruin everything. He's going to survive and hopefully end up married to Kayo. (I'm hoping for like a 10-20 year time skip at the end that shows their wedding.....I can dream anyway xP)

 

As for the teacher being the killer, I, like most people, knew it was the teacher. It was extremely obvious. Present day, you can tell the killer is male....in the past, the only adult male of any significance was the teacher.

Well to be fair, that's the only possibility. They can't kill of the mc now, would be too anticlimatic.

If it's revival, like usual, it will happen before the episode ends. And there is no chance that he is just going to wake up like it's nothing after that incident. I mean, it's winter, the water must be cold and he is in there, so yeah.

bah, the teach being the bad boy was too obvious...more than the bad guys in Scooby Doo. I hoped it was someone else that would completely catch me off guard.... at that point when he was in the car with Satoru, I wished he was joking and saying sh*t just to freak me out #disappointment

 

 

Now, although Satoru will probably find a way to escape, I am curious as how he will pull this off. However, I can't say killing him would be that weird, if his actions led to it (man, this anime feels similar to Until Dawn ._.). Just not yet. He need to reveal who the reall killer is first.

First of all, like everyone else said already, it was super obvious it was the teacher, there was no other suspects.

Well, other then the main character himself. But there was already enough hints pointing to the teacher being the killer. Especially when it wasn't subtle about it in the slightest bit during the car ride from the grocery store .

Wow, it sure is a mystery if there isn't any other suspect other then the teacher.

 

 

The main character didn't even solve the mystery of who was the killer. it was just blatantly told by the killer.

I don't understand why the writers didn't in cooperate some mistake on the killers part, making the main character suspect him.

But "OH NO, it wouldn't be a surprise then!" You might say.

But there is no other suspect for the murder, It's extremely obvious it was the teacher. There was no surprise to begin with.

 

 

Third, I know the killer motive isn't completely revealed, but it was hinted because of some bad relationship.

That's the most blandest reason ever. This is just the mother arc all over again. and she was a boring character to begin with. Her character was just one sided and never showed any other personality other then her being a bad person.

 

Fourth. Getting out of a jammed seat belt is not hard. I've done it, and probably you've done it before at one time of your life.

The main character had time to escape when the car was being pushed into the water.

ESPECIALLY SINCE HIS FRAME IS OF AN 10 YEAR OLD.

Yes, because tugging on the strap is going to help you escape.

Also, pushing a car into a river? There was evidence that would point to the teacher. It's really surprising to hear that such an incompetent was able to kill 3 children in an alternate timeline without being caught.

But I guess just stabbing him would make it hard for the writers to excuse how the main character could escape that one.

 

Also, it's not the cliff hanger because there is no suspense when you know that the main character isn't going to die.

There are still 2 episodes left, and tons of stuff un cleared yet.

 

Its sad, it was actually kind of liking the show up till here.

Hopefully the next few episodes are going to be better then this.
