What are your favorite giant monsters? I'm working on a story where chunks of a comet break off and fall to earth turning women into kaiju, human anime giant monster hybrids. They then fight one another on places like swamps, oil fields, lakes, ice planes... all over the world really trying to take the element from one another while around them the rest of the world can do nothing but watch. I just watched LegenD of the Dragon Kings and was reminded why the 90s anime rocked. Nobody was paying attention enough to restrict it. Usually it was under foreign films and they did not have the tech to erase blood and such.

So most anime characters are supernaturally skinny and others are on the plumpish side as contrast. Lately though there have been a few who are genuinely muscular. Not just super strong, but defined muscles. Anyone else kinda like that? Don't like it? Are they too "manly" or do you think they can still be feminine? Examples include the bunny lady from My Hero Academia and the new manga SHWD, Genie from Ruin Soldier, among others.

When I asked "What are you waiting for" I did not mean the series itself. I mean what do you want the characters to do in the series. Like in RWBY when we waited like 9 seasons for a couple to kiss.

Go for it. A lot of the one's I'd pick are like Oh My Goddess, where they release the anime before the manga is finished. Others are actually better that way than they turn out to be in the manga later.

Hard to say. They all have their finer points, but I suppose the 90s. I liked the more recent types they released, but preferred before they started using CGI in everything. That's also when they started seeing how much they could get away with NOT editing. And let's face it, they did some goofy crap in the 80s while keeping it way too PG
