Oh.... I thought it had something to do with roleplaying or something o_o Understandble then ^.^ Yeah, I tend to be picky/choose-y with people I interact with tbh. While someone might find someone eles to be "amazing" and what not, I may not think the same, and vice versa in the situation. That's just life in general.... No...it's a sever form of Austigmatism.... I'm also near sighted, so it makes it even worse Wearing glasses only very slightly improves my sight, other wise it's pretty pointless to wear em. Anybody can draw if they want to. You need no permission to do so if you wish. Only time you need permission is if you're using someone eles's work to help make your own and they have copyright rules and stuff. (But most people are cool if you just ask to borrow their stuff and credit them back.) Oh o_o I guess here gets spammed alot then?

" You just make the time where you can, based on how you feel. I mean, you're human afterall, so it's understandable if you want to do something eles from time to time beside work/school.

Hi Palatine. I'm new here are well so welcome to the forums. Why did you lose interest in writing your fanfictions? If you don't mind me asking - and if you don't mind talking about it?

I got exposed to Anime when I was 7 to 9 yrs old I think, back when VHS Tapes existed.... starting with shows such as Sailor Moon - which I wasn't comfortable watching cuz the characters were nude in their transformations <.< And then Sakura Cardcaptors, Escaflowne (which I never understood back then), Nausica, Princess Mononoke, Trigun, Sorcerer Hunters, Soul Hunter and Legend of Christania (which I didn't understand then either) I got into Pokemon, Yugioh and Code Geass and other animes later on, but my mom would always get in the damn way, ruining me watching Anime, cuz we would always have disagreements and so I could never enjoy what I wanted to watch -.- Also, anime back then was limited for viewing in my country and people were super biast about it, (especially when I drew my own OCs traditionally and showed it to off. I would get little support and a crap ton backlash/discouragement.) When I turned 19 and started working, I slowly got back into watching Anime when I had free time and started by rewatching all the content I had seen when I was a kid growing up. It's a long list to go through but I'm getting there.

For me it's bad voice acting, bad dialogue cuz someone effed up the script writting, annoying voices, voices that so don't match the character and if they repeat things in the dialogue <.<

I used to have DVDs of Anime and I used to own about 3 Mangas I think....and a couple how to draw Manga Books, when I was a teen and had to teach myself how to draw the style. I also used to own colouring books, stickers, notepads with the art as the cover, even yugioh cards when I was younger. Now, all I have is my artwork

Do I have friends irl who watch anime? Answer - yes, but I have more "online" friends who are also into Anime.

Lol, you speak kinda funny o_o I know it's Shakespearean/Old English, but I could never really understand nor appreciate it in today's Modern World, mostly cuz I don't have patience for my brain to process it <.< It's just not my thing. But thanks for the welcome still >.> I think it would honestly depend, cuz people can be artists but have personalities that are different. Also depends on what kind of art they do, cuz there are some I don't like nor support, (such as NSFW Content, like nudity, porn/hentai, "male gaze/fan service of female characters, ecchi, super explicit yaoi/yuri etc.).... EDIT: Semi blind means I'm see blurry and require surgery to fix it - but I'm not gonna do it cuz I'm afraid AND cuz it's super expensive in my country. My 3rd reason for not doing it, cuz of how I do my art. I like showcasing how I see lighting etc through my eyes, while at the same time proving to people that they can still make decent work that doesn't always have to follow the norm, despite having a disability. I'm still making preparations for it - (one of them being joining as much Social Platforms as possible so that I can reach out to as many people as possible, so they can access the service and not miss out if they're interested.) The last one I did was about 3 or 4 yrs ago. I'm hoping to launch by this Dec, since last Dec I was unfortunately ill for while and needed to focus on fixing my health first. In dubs it was Yugioh, Rurouni Kenshin, Trigun, Full Metal Alchemist. Sorcerer Hunters, Soul Hunter, Nausica, Princess Mononoke, Pokemone, Digimon, Medabots, Beyblades, Legend of Christania, Ghost in the Shell series, Sakura Cardcaptors, Sailor Moon, Escaflowne.... I've seen other animes in dubs over the yrs as I got older too, like Basilisk, Berserk, Samurai Gun, GunSword, Gungrave, Black Cat, Trinity Blood, Descendants of Darkness, Jubei Chan, Ninja Scroll, Code Geass, Black Bulter, Naruto, Bleach, Vampire Hunter D, Hellsing, Black Blood Brothers, Straight Jacket, Mew Mew Power, Rave Master, Fairy Tale, Deathnote, Blue Exorcist, Team Getbackers, Shadow Skill..... For subs today it's Attack on Titan, Argentosoma, Cinderella Boy, Hunter x Hunter, The Ancient Magnus bride (a waste of my time), One Punch Man, Ranma 1/2 (which I regret viewing), Sword art online (also regret viewing) I'm a bit behind on watching anime, cuz I'm rewatching some of the old ones to "refresh" my memories o_o about the shows.... Quite a few of them here I gotta go back and re-cover again.

Como estas? ^.^ Nice to meet you I am a semi blind, clinically depressed, (SFW) Artist from the Caribbean region, who recently turned 27 a few days ago ^.^" I've been drawing for 15 yrs - (10/12 traditionally and the last 5 digitally since I went to Uni and "upgraded"), and while I'm more known online for creating Manga OC Art, I also create stuff like Portraits, Abstract Art, 3D Objects, Nature Illustrations, Logo designs, Beaded Jewelry, Vector Resources etc. In my spare time, I do enjoy taking amateur photos via my mobile phone, I like colouring people's linearts digitally, and doing film/media research such as watching non commentary gameplays via Youtube. I do speak alittle Spanish and Japanese from time to time also, cuz sometimes writing in English all the time gets erm...well boring really. Sorry if this intro was "wordy" but this is the way I am o_o lol Alright, now that that stuff's out of the way, would anyone like to chat?

For me it just depends, If I grew up with the English Dub of a show that I watched when I was a kid, then I will stick with dub, but if I'm watching a new anime I try the sub version first. Most times though I rarely switch over to dub unless I find the Japanese language being spoken in an annoying way.

Lol, my bestie lives in South Africa. We used to talk alot, but then he had family problems and eventually had to work about 2 or 3 jobs now I really miss him and the conversations we used to have. Also I'm from Trinidad and Tobago..... well more Trinidad, but it's still one nation.
