Demon Slayer, Fire Force, and Sword Art Online as for the newer anime that you might enjoy. Older than those maybe Steins Gate, Wolf's Rain or Future Diary.... these are just a few to look at and if you want anymore ideas i have lots of anime and years as a fan so i might be able to assist more if needed.

Demon Slayer, Fire Force, Dr. Stone, or High score Girl...... any of these are great and new within the last year or so.

the best series i know of has been the Ghost in the Shell series and movies but the series is what you wanna know about, its been my favorite anime since i was 16 and the original hit theaters

well i watched the Ghost in the Shell individual 11 series last night, then the2nd season of MS Gundam00, Howl's Moving Castle, X-Men, Apocalypse, Samurai Champloo, and the Illusionist with Edward Norton. thats the last 2 days anything beyond that is goin to be rediculous in scope.

i knew that i enjoyed your outlook and grasp on the characters that are more than just a kid with a sword.

the character of L is a dynamic and sophisticated variation on the classic detective and is brilliant to match the evil of not only Light but the power of the death note.

i agree with you about the opinionated realm of internet sites and the discusions around them so dont sweat it. ieveryone has knowledge and experience thats different from others so what you know and are sure of may be totally off to others like the kids o anime that i run into, screaming that some show called Naruto is the best ever no matter what and even though i watched it when it started years ago and its still on so it cant be even the ok show it used to be for like 2 seasons. and they are like 13-16 no offense but they are so that makes them right about anything cause they dont realize the guy they are shootin mouth to is 35 and been watchin anime since the early 80's an they dont know anything new to say to me except it is a good anime! like thats the resolution to the under average anime that i have seen since Bleach stopped in 2008. all the other stuff is mostly little kids that are acting stupid but can always take care of all enemies and situations its weak and so rediculous especially to anyone that has knowledge of the industry and the available anime from just a few years ago......................... that was the best time for anime when the first GitS movie hit theaters it got big and i had already been buyin and watchin anime for years. like what ill say is my logical collection of good anime from the 80's to Bleach in 08' thats 30 years but i dont know whats up and maybe i can let some knowledge about real anime and what it is like so they can avail themselves of it but i get sanctioned if i do anything thats helping to not damage the anime industry, anyway just know that your not the only one that gets to deal with that crap.

props to the open minded! do something check out Gundam00i think youll enjoy it from the other mech anime you like.

cool what about the 80's anime like Voltron, Transformers, and Robotech.......and Ronin Warriors, if you are into gallery quality art i put some on here if you get around to checkin it. see i actually watched anime in the US when i was 3 i was born in 1981 so im old and a jerk but you seem cool so see ya maybe.

not right but whatever its the opinion and moreover the knowledge that anyone i know has as well, but its okay to censor me but im right and if you care about the anime we see being trash then you are entitled but ill take the proper stance to protect a major part of my life for 20years now so im touchy. sorry

yo i totally agree i even really enjoyed and grew up with the Gundam series and Gundam Wing was good and the Best truthfully is MS Gundam00 3 seasons and 2 or 3 main movies but i only have the first so far it was out in 2007 and its a bad ass mecha anime from start to finixh. however it came on sci-fi and not toon net so now the iron blooded orphans ive tried to watxh and i hate it and the story of such petty squaballs i mean Gundam is a run and gun hard core show thats been top notch before and now i weep for it and Sunrise animation co.the trully awesome anime that i have is a little older like Death Note and Bleach and Gundam00 but all ive seen since is not that good and is focusd on pre teens that wine about everything and yet are super powerful? the newest anime that is really my personal favorite collection of both series and movies is the Ghost in the Shell saga and the new Arise anime sets are pretty good abd the newest movie is really getting back the original feeling of the anime that started the most overwhelming flood of anime to America cause after 97 when the original GitS movie came out and hit theaters the whole industry took off even more than it was before and it was doing well anyway but the great late 90's and 2000's anime is mostly drawing from the style, action, or character developement that is a hallmark for Ghost in the Shell and the rest are mostly wanna be anime that are okay but not the same quality and interest in those, except the sebond movie called Innocence which im not a fan of but i hear both sides so rent it ad decide for yourself and the second stand Alone called the Individual Eleven happens to be my personal favorite. some other high quality artworks start with movies like Akira, the Original Appleseed and lesser so Appleseed EX Machina, and Armitage movies, and not to skip some amazing stories and genre films like the Cowboy Bebop Series and Neon Genesis Evangelion, both Vampire Hunter D movies are cool and Afro Samurai, as well as the highly enjoyed Samorai Champloo, and i have not been able to buy the Steamboy movie so i dont know yet but im guessing its good, and LASTLY BUT NO Means the Least any of the following Hayao Miyazaki movies......like Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Monoke, and Spirited Away. if you need anything else i have a collection of over 300 dvd that are all good thats the judgement i use to see how bad i want a movie if i buy it then its good at least, just because the newbies are all about the new it does not make it good so just watch what you like and screw the fakers........ cause im pretty hardcore into anime and you sound like i do and the references you make are good quality so go with you then if you need or want to ask me whats up i also have the anime encyclopedia from the first one through 2006........ so i kinda keep up. good luck and holler if you feel like it, laters!
