  1. I've recently begun keeping a food journal again & now that I've successfully gotten my caloric & fat intakes down, now it's time to gradually start reducing sodium as well. In looking up ways to do this I've come across some helpful links that I thought I'd share:

    https://www.kidney.org/newsletter/top-10-tips-reducing-salt-your-diet

    https://www.heart.org/en/healthy-living/healthy-eating/eat-smart/sodium/how-to-reduce-sodium

I've figured out a way to get the bulk of my daily sodium & fat intakes in at breakfast & lunch so that my dinners can be very light.  I am of course also drinking plenty of water & working out daily. This will not only help me steadily lose more weight, it will also help me combat things like headaches & fatigue, reduce my risk of heart disease, lower my blood pressure, & help me get better quality sleep.
