  1. Decided to add a few different exercises to my lower body routine.

    I...am...hurting...

    But by next week I will be used to it. I also got one of those fitness balls to use for my ab work & am also looking into more upper body exercises besides arm curls & push ups. 

    All in all, the workouts are still going great & I'm still able to maintain 20,000 steps a day. I think I will stick with this until the end of the year & then in January drop my steps back down to 15,000 a day & increase my weight lifting for 3 months, then switch back, & continue that all year. 

    I'm starting to tone up nicely, so I'm excited to see what further progress I will have made by the end of the year.
