[spoiler=Episode 9]Well, it seems like it picked back up again sine they didn't focus on the antagonist too much, and from what it seems, he isn't that bad at all, just someone that the MC doesn't get along with. Eriri kinda over reacted at the end, but besides that, the episode was good.

I am personally a fan of 2D animation. Anime in general is to get you away from the real world, not to try to replicate it. There are many shows, especially older shows that would be completely ruined if they went 3D, as the overall effect would be lost. However, shows like Code Geass and other shows that feature action could definitely benefit from having 3D battle scenes. The main problem with 3D animation right now is that it just isn't there yet. It's like trying out a program that's only in Alpha and comparing it to a competitor that has had their completed product out for much, much longer. The main show that has combined 3D animation battle scenes and 2D animation is Kantai Collection. It kidna turned me off at first, and while I still haven't completely accepted it, it isn't a make or break deal.

Hm... what about some SoL like K-On or Love Live? Those are already great anime, and I think that they would be suitable for that age group as well.

You missed mine again. Oh, well, I guess I'll just repost them:

Well, I don't know too many anime with wierd names, but Bakemonogatari did have one that was pretty weird, but cool: Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade
-
Hm... probably Nina from Code Geass. While she didn't have enough of a part that she ruined the show, the show would have definitely have been better without her.

Even more Owl City. It's been a while since I've last listened to them, they have quite a few new songs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VlK2BOhmvU

More OwlCity! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psuRGfAaju4

Don't know anything about that show, but yes, having a character act the opposite of what they feel is essentially what a Tsundere is.

The link just leads to a login page, and while I don't know exactly what this is, it seems most logical to get the most out of your money. So if I were you I would get US$80 -US$39 for Teaching English as Foreign Language (6-month access) ----------- US$41 That would leave you with enough to get two of the following: --US$20 for CPR (2 years) --US$19 for online bartending (1-2 years) <- did you mean online bartering? Being an online bartender would be kinda cool, but I'm not sure I see the point. --US$19 for Writing Of course you could go for the heavy equipment operations or accounting/bookkeeping ones if you feel like those would help you out more.

I honestly don't know why people like Tsuderes so much. Personally, I like any character as long as they are well made. However, Tsuderes are generally shallow and unlikable characters that get on my nerves quite a bit. Examples of bad Tsuderes (Should have been made better or have a different archetype) Chitoge (Nisekoi) Misaki (Kaichou wa Maid-sama) Mikoto (Toaru Majutsu no Index) Rin (Fate/Stay Night) Good Tsundere Characters Kurisu (Steins;Gate) Taiga (Toradora) Holo (Ookami to Koushinryou) Hikari (Special A) If anything, I would say that Tsuderes have the highest chance of turning into a forgettable bland character, but at the same time, has one of the highest chances of turning out to be one of the most popular characters in the show due to their strong personality.

[spoiler=Episode 9]Well, that was a letdown of an episode. Not only did Tor have to stop Julie, but Miyabi feels the need to join the other side just to get Tor to like her. However, this might force Tor to rescue her and chose her at the ending. If he still chooses Julie though...

No, the MC is definitely a guy. The reason why you have probably seen a female in most of the promos is that all of the people on the MC's team are all female. However, there is no romance as the MC is already married, and one of his teammates is his wife. Oh, yes, I hope you like Code Geass. It is quite similar to Aldnoah/Zero, but far more focused on battles and actual tactics.

Anime that follow your preferences: Code Geass Samurai Champloo Death Note Fate/Zero Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood Guilty Crown Good anime that don't follow your preferences completely: Angel Beats - some action, but the MC isn't particularly strong Steins;Gate - No action, it has time travel though Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou - great comedy anime Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - another great comedy anime Tokyo Ravens - Takes several episodes for the MC to get strength, but its only a two cour anime, so it doesn't take THAT long

I totally agree with you here. The main problem with Inaho was that he was completely emotionless in Season 1. Slaine, on the otherhand is a much more dynamic and better character, imo. While she didn't annoy me that much, i really hate to see

[spoiler=Episode 8]I was actually hoping that Miyabi and Tor hooked up, and maybe they will, but I highly doubt it since Julie seems to be the main girl as well as there only being 4 episodes left.

Welcome to Anime Forums! Hope you enjoy your stay Aldnoah.Zero is a great anime, and the second season is even better, imo. You should add your thoughts so far to the discussion here: http://animeforums.net/threads/aldnoah-zero-season-2.765/ I'm not sure what else you've watched so far, but you could try out Steins;Gate, Angel Beats, or Fate/Zero.

[spoiler=Episode 8]I found it funny that when the real bad guy stepped out, Moraha took him out within 30 seconds as if he didn't even matter. Also, while the new girl is actually a decent character, I still like Urushibara the best.

Well, its not that I prefer to be called it, but I am clearly an Okatu. The fact that I spend a good bit of my time watching anime, reading VNs and manga, and even items like this: that I carry around everywhere, I highly doubt anyone could call me just an anime enthusiast after learning about all that. And to top it all off, I'm on a forum about anime where I nearly have 700 posts... so yeah.

[spoiler=Episode 20]This was just as good as I remembered it being. The cop that had to steal jewels to pay for surgery. You would think that with just one of those, that would be enough for some surgery, as wouldn't his job provide medical insurance...? Well, whatever, good episode either way. I will be sad to see this end though, and I was hoping they would have gone more into that secret organization, or perhaps they plan on a season 2! That would be awesome.

C.C. (Code Geass)

Kinda meh episode again this week. [spoiler=Episode 21]I don't think they are even trying anymore. The main problem other than animation is the pacing, its horrible. They speed through things that could be several episodes longer, and then they slow down and just talk, and it doesn't even help develop their character.
-
Well, as I've just gotten the ability to sit down and watch anime today, I can't say yet, but the prequel which is Aria the Animation is very good. It's genres are SoL, Comedy, and Sci-Fi. It is rather a slow anime, so don't just rush through it.

You're making me really want to try those now. Unfortunately, I don't know of any place around where I live that sells them. D: Maybe I'll buy some off of Amazon with my Prime membership so I can get it in a few days.
