23 started casually watching anime about three years ago, got into anime more seriously when I was 22. Not sure why it took me that long, but it is what it is.

Berserk (1997) has a very happy ending.

I'm pretty new to anime, so I've only cracked over fifty shows, but my taste I think is pretty strong. https://myanimelist.net/animelist/AnimePedestrian Okay, only score I saw that confused me a little was Fate Apocrypha and Fate Zero. Your Fate Apocrypha scores fine, personally I feel it often gets too much flak and is a great show. However personally Fate Zero score and writing along with its lore compelling narrative themes and motives elevate it above Apocrypha. Feel free to check over my list and see if there's anything you find perculior. Also check out Fate Unlimited Blade Works, that show is awesome.

So I make a habit of completing shows, however there was one show I started watching. And I dropped it, it's the only show I've ever dropped. It was called Kokoro Connect. For some reason the show just started grating on me, and I stopped watching it in favour of another show. So what shows have you guys on here started and stopped watching, at what was the reason you stopped watching the show?

Got to agree, personally am not a fan of slice and life set in schools too. Madoka Magica series and its third film Rebellion however were exceptions to that general rule I find myself abiding by. Then again those were both written by Gen Urobuchi and well if you've watched Psycho Pass or Fate Zero you can guess why that's the exception.

Psycho Pass season 1 opening 2 is personally one of my favourites, I can jam out to this song anytime. nother great choice is the second opening of Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works. And finally the opening song to Madoka Magica Rebellion was awesome and the visuals only add to it.

Personal favourite would be 1 and NV, what's the meaning of your user name. If it's anime related I have no way of telling cause I am a noob.

That's my taste, love a dark anime. It's why I started really getting into anime after Fate/Zero.

I've watched Ergo, I have paranoia agent on dvd just need to get around to watch it. I will also look into the begining.

There was an old two part retrospective on the Fallout Series back in the day, the studio behind that short production was called 'Media Consumes Me', I always thought it sounded cool. Plus it was one of the first videos I watched that actually got me thinking critically about somthing I really enjoyed.

Made in Abyss and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

Currently just started watching Made in Abyss, and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, like both shows so far, however after those shows I'm trying to work out what's next. Currently I've watched Madoka Magica, Psycho Pass, Fate Zero, Monster and a bunch of others I won't list for brevity sake just so you can get a clear picture of what I like. Cheers in advance.

I've been into anime now for about a year, since covid 19 hit. Just looking for few people to talk about my new found interest, and talk characters, plots and themes in the shows I've grown to enjoy over the last year. Always looking for new shows, as I've hit a snag in what to watch as of late.
