Corrupted wishes

This game works like so:

A person makes a wish. The next person comes in and says "Granted", but then an unfortunate event happens, and the wish doesn't go the way that the person originally wanted it. Then the person who said "granted" makes a wish, and the cycle continues.

Example:

Person 1: I wish I had a million dollars.

Person 2: Granted, but unfortunately you forgot to turn the coffee pot off, and your house burned down, and you lost all the money in the process. I wish I knew all the secrets of the universe.

*And so on*

I wish I could speak every language on earth.

Granted, but after an accident you are left with nerve damage in your fingers making it incredibly painful to play.

Knowing NC weather, that's probably what will actually happen.

Granted, but now there is no relief from the high Florida humidity (or is that how it is even if you do get a breeze during the summer?).

Granted, but it doesn't have very many aftermarket parts available, which means you'll pay highway robbery-level prices when you get it maintained or repaired (You know, like a Benz or BMW).

I wish PC components weren't so expensive.
