Hello everyone, I have finished creating three new themes. As a reminder, you can switch themes by clicking the theme name at the bottom left corner of the page. All three themes use a new blue colour theme which I think you will like: GITS: SAC Lastation Black Butler GITS: SAC (new default!) This is a Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex theme, one of my most favourite futuristic cyperpunk anime franchises of all time. Main background features a Tachikoma (those lovely mini drone tanks with spontaneous AI) and footer features Motoko Kusanagi, a Tachikoma and Batou. This is also our new default theme. Lastation Another Hyperdimension Neptunia theme. It's not like I'm a fan of the franchise... As if Neptune should get all the attention. Main background features Black Heart (Noire's "other" HDD form) and footer features Black Sister (Uni's HDD form). Black Butler This is a theme based on Black Butler. I'm not very familiar with this title, but it seems popular. I created it as we didn't have many themes at all featuring male characters - this is the first of many more to come in future. Any feedback, suggestions or issues regarding these new themes, post them below. Thanks!

My name is Marcella. I hope to make friends. I am 19 years of age. I spend my free time playing my Xbox one and watching anime most of my time involves anime. I love to draw also. But nice to meet everyone!>.<

I have been watching anime since I was a child. The first animes I ever seen were Zatchbell, Fullmetal Alchemist, yu gi oh, pokemon. I was about 10-12 when I had first started watching anime. I would have to call and ask my father the exact age I started watching anime but I also played the Playstation 1 and 2 during that time. I've always watched anime, I'm into a lot of romances like Golden Time, Clannad, Kimi ni todoke, Toradora, Ao Haru Ride, Fruits Baskets mostly romances >.< but I also loved death note when it was released I loved tokyo ghoul, code geass, Samurai Champloo, Bleach, Absolute duo, Inuyasha, Naruto. There are a lot more Senpai >.< Yesssss I would love too!! I actually have some I could post tomorrow!^.^

Hello and welcome to the forum hope you have a great time!

My fave is the GITS: SAC one Awesome work and very well made indeed Optic

They introduced self-serve touch-screen kiosks in all the McDonald's here. Anyone else experienced these? If so how do you find them? They actually made many of the Maccas here all-day breakfast... I tried having a Bacon & Egg McMuffin in the afternoon, was al aright. Certainly not as fresh as compared to their breakfast period. Ah yeah, virtually every Maccas here in Australia have McCafe too (except the ones in shopping centres as they're too small). I do enjoy McCafe, as long as you get a good opreator that is mindful on preparing the coffee. However, they also recently opened up McCafe in Drive-Thru as well. So you can order some items and McCafe coffee in Drive-Thru... it's made McCafe much busier these days in the stores here.

Yes I must agree - Kuribayashi definitely was a female Rambo in this one.

No no, the idea is to watch the original Japanese audio WITH Japanese subtitles so you can improve your Japanese reading and listening ability (and also speaking too - though there are some anime characters you probably shouldn't be imitating in daily conversation ) It works pretty well for immersion, as seeing just Japanese subtitles really puts your mind to learning mode vs. normal English subtitles. Not sure if I'm reading you correctly, but these Japanese subtitles definitely aren't machine translated. And yeah I know what you mean with Google Translate for asian languages. These subtitles are either sourced from CC (when anime is broadcast on TV in Japan), from Japanese anime DVDs/BDs or transcribed by a fluent/native speaker. That's a nice informative guide. I was going to lean towards VNs as a learning aid too after building more vocabulary and kanji. I think with learning any language, the key is to try and keep it fun and engaging or you'll just get bored and drop it. Japanese in particular is a very long journey..

Ah sorry about that, now fixed. You should now be able to post inside those threads again in the To Be Processed/Upcoming section. For upcoming series, if you could also post them in there too that would be great too, thanks! Of course a separate forum would then be created as soon as it starts airing or when it gets close to the air date.

There's also a similar guide here. http://blog.fuwanovel.net/2013/02/how-to-read-visual-novels-in-japanese-in-2-years-time-or-1-year-if-you-are-fast-%E2%80%95-learn-to-read-through-vn-or-anime/ Basically it outlines the guide for reading Japanese within 2 years, through popular occupations we usually spend our time with.

I feel like enough of a regular to welcome incomers to this forum. Welcome. hard to add anything other then the conventional "welcome to the forum", but welcome to the forum. We need more active users here, majority of users are inactive. Hope we don't scare you away. Also, why would you get an xbox one over a ps4. At this point, exclusives are everything for consoles. I honestly can't think of a single title worth buying an xbox one. Other then halo 5. But I heard pretty bad stuff about halo 5. and don't we have a user called Seppuku?

Hello and welcome to the forums

Welcome to the forums. Have fun and enjoy your stay :3 (I like your pikachus )

I usually go for the Spicy McChicken combo, but other than that, McDonald's here in the U.S sucks. Like the Hong Kong McDonald's is fiiiiire! Their freakin McCafe is a legit cafe thing. They actually give you a cup and have cool designs with the cream and they also do a ton of other different tea stuff. Like it's lit there man. My parents most of the time go to McDonald's for the coffee and breakfast. Luckily I live in So-Cal, and there is this wonderful thing called In'N'Out so yeah.

I lol'd so hard when I saw this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCKsI2wjVTQ

I have a whole new level of like and respect for Kuribayashi after this episode She totally rocked, which is more than can be said for Princess Pina's nasty elder brother
