Most of you enjoyed Sword Art Online, the SAO arc at least. Sword Art Online II should be coming out sometime this year and it's based on a more futuristic setting GGO (Gun Gale Online), known as the Phantom Bullet Arc in the novel series. Kirito (with a rather feminine looking avatar) of course is in it and there's a new character called Shinon (alias: Shino) that are shown in the teaser trailer... The revamp is for our main website and is what attracts new visitors and members to our forums (usually) It has character profiles, episode guides, synopsis, etc. A typical anime fansite indeed We originally started off as a Digimon community many years ago, then we naturally branched out to different anime titles by having a fansite for each anime title. But it became challenging updating each fansite separately, and each fansite had its own unique name -- so the revamp aims to improve that by keeping it under one umbrella. The forums have always been separate but closely linked to the main website with a subdomain and announcements on the forums highlighting new content and galleries. We have moved platforms a few times, originally from MyBB, then IPB (for a long while) and recently Xenforo. There are many reasons behind the platform changes but maybe best we continue that conversation elsewhere if you're interested as it's quite a long story. Hope that makes it clearer. ^^

I'm sure any gamer here must have played at least one Command and Conquer game! What is your favourite? I really like Tiberian Sun and Generals Zero Hour the most. I think though the most recent ones have really gone downhill (either that, or I'm getting too nostalgic with the older games).

Reviving the Random Rant!! I'm a little mortified. (oxymoron I know) but anyway - I washed my smartphone at the sink and it stopped working properly. Now before you laugh, it's supposed to be waterproof. Sony Xperia Z. I've done this before many times, but I think what happened is that there may have been a crack somewhere as I do recall dropping it a few times... Trying the old rice trick for now.

Great points @@valerauko and @@Taalen. Hoping that Evangelion Final will answer all those questions. No solid release date yet though, 2015 sometime it seems?

You really dislike Digimon Savers don't you @@Nami? Surely there must be one character/Digimon you like from that series.

Well. I finally watched it. @@SoarUponClouds already knows how much I loved it. Though I loved how quickly and unexpected the plot developed, I wished there was a few more episodes on top of the 13 so we could've learned more about the backgrounds of some of the other characters. Though I do realise it was mainly based on Otanashi and Yurippe's story, with Kanade (Tenshi/Angel) on the side. What were your favourite characters? I think mine would have to be Otanashi, his reactions to every group member is priceless. And also he had the most tragic backstory in my opinion. Yurippe would come as a close second for me due to her hilarious evil-like leadership personality combined with her thoughtful and extremely insightful characteristics. Also... I LOVED the insane detail they put into all the weapons and animations. Excellent attention to detail.

I stopped watching after Advanced Generation (when Misty was placed with May). Believe it or not @@Bioengineered, we used to have a Pokémon fansite many years ago called "The Pocket Monsters Network! Yes I know, how original @@Caroline, did you ever stop watching the series?

YouTube definitely has changed the way people share music (for their quick fix) Especially for music videos. I remember how hard it used to be to find official music videos, on-demand so thumbs up to them for that. Those apps are amazing. However, I only listen to the radio when I'm driving and well... trying to activate Shazam (similar to Soundhound) whilst driving could potentially lead to a big fine here in Perth Not to mention the obvious danger of doing that. Need to find a better way to activate that..

Does your laptop/desktop have an optical drive? If so how often do you use it? I myself have a Blu-ray drive and I would say I use it occasionally. Mainly for my anime DVDs and CDs. I used to create many custom DVDs for short films but these days, YouTube and Vimeo make it much easier to share those sort of things. I remember my first CD burner used to make lots of coasters. Certainly we've gone past the days where everything used to be on CDs/DVDs with the advent of online distribution for software and games (Steam, Origin, etc.). And it would seem many laptops are not including them anymore by default. How about you?

Shower or bath? I prefer showers for two reasons. Water restrictions are getting more and more tighter here in Perth, Western Australia. Plus I find I will get too sleepy if I get in a bath (though that is probably a good thing if you really want to relax). How about you?

Do you tend to play more single player or multiplayer Vale? I find games can be good for stress relief but indeed if you get stuck it can be more frustrating than relieving stress!

Do you use USB thumbdrives ? If so what make/model and capacity? I used to use a 16 GB red/black Sandisk Cruzer but admittedly I almost never use it anymore as I find it quite slow compared to my portable external HDD. Even for smaller files I do prefer using Google Drive and Dropbox as I find it's more convenient.

I'm listening to the Digimon Tamers Best Hit Japanese OST, some awesome classics I forgot about... The Biggest Dreamer, My Tomorrow and EVO. Ooh yeah.

Does your household/unit/apartment have a dishwasher? We don't have one but having used one before in our old house I would love to have one again. Really convenient especially for those big dinners... How about you?
