I'm a big dub fan, so I may stray away from Crunchyroll, but I love that there is a legit service for ppl who prefer subs. Thats great!

Sorry, these are probably dumb questions. So, for starters seasonal anime seems popular nowadays...so I ask is seasonal anime a new thing? How do you tend to find out about seasonal anime? Are seasonal anime, only for that season? As in do they usually only last one season or is it an anime that appears every year but just during that season? Where do you watch? Are dubs available? And if so how soon? Thanks in advance!!!

L and light is def noteworthy. Like you said, not exactly foils but they do bring out the best in each other.

Anime's tend to really play around with Foil characters. That sort of Yin and Yang, usually between the protagonist and someone else integral to the show. I really enjoy it, when it's done well at least. So I ask what are some of your favorite and even least favorite anime foils? Here are a few of my favs. Spike/Vicious ( Cowboy Bebop) Mugen/Jinn (Samurai Champloo) Ryuko/Satsuki (Kill la Kill) Lelouch/Suzaku (Code Geass) Akko/Diana (sort of foils) (Little Witch Academia) One I did not like in particular was Naruto/Sasuke...which I know, the whole series is based on them! But I think that's were it failed. It felt over the top and honestly at the core the connection just wasn't there for me.

FMAB was pretty good. Bebop. Champloo, which i actually hated when I was a kid, but it so fitting. I just finished Little Witch Academia (OMG I loved that show) that ending was really good.

Ah, well thank you anyway. Yeah for some reason these types of mangas seem to be lacking. I love American One shot comics, a lot of the batman stuff in particular.

Are there any Manga One shots? Like really good, short stories? Not trying to invest in a manga with a lot of volumes to collect lol.

Lots of good ones already mentioned, for me I would say Cowboy Bebop Attack on Titan Neon Genesis A few Ghibli movies And a bit of a stretch for others (perhaps) but Garden of Words.
