Another bad night of sleeping, but I won't let that ruin my day. Smile, breath, and focus on the day at hand.. Keep my mind occupied most of all busy, and keep on siwming even if its treacherous waters up a head. Let do this.. Focus...

  I also had a bad night of sleep, at least we can commiserate together! I got put off going to bed because I was being really productive on my pre-Thanksgiving deep cleaning. Before I knew it I looked up at the clock and it was past 2am. Then my sister, ISFP, (she's deaf, autistic, and developmentally disabled) woke me up *three* times. At that point I really decided I needed to sleep in an hour. But could I? No. I was woken up to the concrete guys repairing our driveway. So now I am just going to chill, drink coffee, cuddle hedgehogs, and watch anime until I have to get ready for my doctor appointment.
