    We've actually had a newsletter before. That being said, something, I forget what, broke. There is currently a developer working on it last time I asked Optic several weeks ago.

    Weird Words

    Ryuji posted a topic in Chit Chat

    So I'm obviously bored as I make this thread but here are two words that I find to be weird. 1.) Marshmallow - Marsh = wetland and Mallow = plant so basically a Marshmallow is a wetland plant? NO! It's a soft fluffy thing that we roast over fires and add chocolate and graham crackers to and eat smores. It would make more sense if it was called Marshmellow because Mellow = soft and sweet...which is what a marshmallow is. Makes more sense right? 2) Discombobulate- If you discombobulate somebody, you confuse them. However you can't cure their confusion by Combobulating them because Combobulate is not a word. If you can't combobulate someone how can you discombobulate them by adding the prefix dis-? If you have any words that you think are weird, feel free to post them. I know some of y'all are bound to be as bored as I am xP (according to Webster's Dictionary)

      Have you read any of Key's other Visual Novels? Every one that I've read have been FANTASTIC! I love them so much!

      mm, I will repost it then. So anyway. I haven't really read much from Key, VN wise. Rewrite was my intro into VNs and the first Key VN I've read. Right now, I'm slowly reading Harmonia, but I haven't made much progress. Anime wise though, I think I've seen everything Key has out there, unless I've missed something. The first thing I've seen by them was Kanon 2006 and I was sold on them ever since. :D

    As for recommendations, anything that I gave 7 or up on AniList is worth watching in my opinion. The 10s are out of this world fantastic!

    Welcome to Anime Forums! I hope you enjoy your time here! What's some of your favorite anime? I'm a fan of Visual Novels too. I've mostly read Visual Novels made by Key though cause they are long and great! (for example: Rewrite, Little Busters, Clannad, Kanon) I see by your avatar that you like Akane from Rewrite. Lucia and Shizuru are my personal favorites.
