Scifi: Star Blazers/Soace Battleship Yamato & 86 (Eighty-six)
Action: JJK, Usho & Tora, Akudama Drive
Adventure: Vinland Saga, Golden Kamuy
Romcom: Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Recovery of an MMO Junkie, Science Fell in Love ā¦

Some suggestions based on titles you mentioned in your post & profile.Similar to Konosuba (favorite per your profile): Rune Soldier, Slayers, Cautious Hero.
Similar to Bersetk: Claymore, Dororo, Vinland Saga
Similar to Evangelion: Darling in the Franxx
You also mention the romance genre in your profile. For that Iād recommend the Fruits Basket remake (2019 - 2021), though Iāll warn you itās very powerful emotionally (for me anyway). For more light hearted examples (Romcoms) Iād recommend Recovery of an MMO Junkie & Kaguya-sama: Love is War.
Finally, if you donāt mind mentioning some of the manga you read & enjoyed it might give some other ideas.

Watched the first 2 episodes of a new series on CR called ESTAB LIFE: Great Escape & honestly not sure what to make of itĀ
Ā Setting aside my dislike for CGI where characters frequently look like mannequins, the concept of different regions with their own ācultureā and code of conduct kinda reminds me of Kinoās Journey or Wandering Witch. And the overall theme seems to be one of being willing to risk your life to escape your assigned role & pursue your dreams elsewhere. But it nonetheless takes a rather tongue-in-cheek approach much of the time. At the very least I think it deserves the benefit of the 3 episode rule
