  1. Alright, so the skin from the red grapes that I used in my smoothie earlier gave it a slightly bitter after taste so I'm not sure I'll be doing that again. I did however pick up some frozen diced avocado, mango, & pineapple & plan to mix those together with some nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, a dash of cinnamon & tumeric, a teaspoon of chia seeds, & a little skim milk to thin it out a bit. Should be pretty good. I'm determined to make these healthy smoothies a fixture in my everyday eating habits.

      I just tried out the avocado, mango, pineapple & it is absolutely delicious! So smooth, creamy, & slightly sweet with no weird after taste. This combo is a keeper!

      the skins of different fruits are actually quite healthy even though they taste bitter, which I also dislike. props to you though for taking the time to make these things. I'd purchase some if it wouldn't take weeks to be shipped, might give me the essential vitamins I am probably lacking 😂

      Yeah, I try not to take the skin off my fruits if I can avoid it because you're right, there are so many good nutrients in there. And normally grapes don't give me any issues but it could have been the fact that these were frozen that had something to do with it. I'm all about boosting my immune system these days so I'm getting all the natural vitamins that I can.
