Wow, I was a bit surprised to see how many people are watching and actually like it already. This was one of the anime that almost made it to my watch list for the season, but with how things are going, I'll probably end up watching this instead of Heavy Object (unless the later magically redeems itself in the next episode). Also, yes, I agree that she does look like Shiro form NGNL.

Ah, ok, well I just figured he might since Code Geass and Guilty Crown usually go together quite often for suggestions a lot of the time.

In a surprise turn of events while finishing some of the summer season anime, I really have to say that Akagami no Shirayuki-hime pushes everything else off my list for anime of the season. For the first cour of a two cour show, I really think that they did excellent at pacing the show, and didn't just cut it off without a season season or wrapping too much of the story up, where you wouldn't really care about the second season. Not only that, but Shirayuki and Zen really make a cute couple.

Just finished this series today. Wow, I really wish I didn't hold off on this. It was great to see that they actually pushed the romance between Shirayuki and Zen during the last few episodes, as I thought that might not happen until late second season. Really look forward to the next season.

There is a lot of good stuff out there. On the top of my head, Steins;Gate, Your Lie in April, Fate/Zero, Angel Beats, and Code Geass are all good ones to start out with. If you are ever in the need of more recommendations for either anime or manga, feel free to ask me if you want.

Hm... not really. I just use Ghostery + HTTPS Everywhere extensions. As with those, my traffic is encrypted whenever possible, and trackers are gone unless I whitelist a site. This combination seems to work well for me.

I didn't really forget it, as Tor's main function is privacy, and in a recent article, it was shown that some Chinese hackers have bypassed that: Tor target of hack, anonymity seal broken Anyway, I would actually suggest simply using something like Ghostery or Disconnect extensions. Although, the new hornet browser you mentioned might fix the flaw in Tor, guess we'll have to wait and see. It really depends on what OS you run. If you are on windows, I would highly recommend Yandex browser, as it really stands out in comparison to the rest of the chromium based browsers. Although, on Windows, Firefox is still a pretty good browser as well (I've noticed that on Linux it has a scrolling glitch that makes it unusable, so I would recommend using Chrome if you are on Linux.)

So, I decided to make this the first show I watch this coming season... And wow, that just ruined quite a bit of any hope for this show. So. Many. Cliches. EVERYWHERE. Also, no backstory on how two random people know each other or why they are friends with the captain who is only their age. They would have done much better with less explanation and more action. It feels like a really watered down version of Aldnoah.Zero.

So, now that the summer season is wrapped up, what anime did you think was your favorite? For me, Charlotte came in for my favorite anime this season. Although, I do think the ending was a bit rushed, and some elements could have been handled better if it was two cour, it did turn out pretty good overall. The runner up would be Rokka no Yuusha, which I thought was pretty good for everything except the ending which was extremely rushed and not even finished. Highly doubt there will be a season two, but it had much more potential than it gave, and could have easily surpassed Charlotte for my number 1 spot for AotS.

I don't know... I've just ran into people who, more often than not, extremely dislike nightcore.

Switched to Chrome Beta, as it has the least amount of issues compared to any other browser on Fedora. Also, it is nice as it is more stable than Firefox developer edition which is the only version of Firefox really worth using, imo, due to it being the most stable multi process version.
