It'll come up and have a little rainbow paint brush next to it. Click "install" on the green box next to it and it'll install in your RuneLite. You'll now see it on your sidebar when you expand it ~ Click on that paintbrush and it's going to bring up all the different themes that you can scroll through. To install one you like just click the green "INSTALL" button above that theme. Once you've installed it you will see it at the drop down menu at the top of the themes now and you can select whichever one you want.
