The feelings of sadness and loneliness are two of the worst things you can experience because so often you just can't see any light at the end of the tunnel which just adds to the stress and ultimately to a lack of mental well-being and so often no one will really listen and understand how you feel. I've lived on my own for the last 6 years since my parents passed away and while I've always been a bit of a loner, recently I've started to feel a bit lonely especially in the evenings now it get dark around 5pm so I have an idea of what you're suffering, sadly I have no answers. I do find that I'm spending more time on this forum, when I first joined I was a bit cautious and wary but over time I've come to appreciate the sense of community here that is totally lacking on other social media sites. I enjoy taking part in the silly little games and sharing my GFX with people who appreciate them and I find that helps. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
