Started the week feeling stressed like crazy.

Mixed bag at the moment!

Overall I’m actually fine, but at the moment I’m pretty pissed off because my sandwich completely fell apart and landed on the floor. There’s a grocery store right by work with lots of grab n go stuff for lunch, but I won’t be able to eat any of it right now because I’m too pissed off to be able to eat. 
Im gonna be sooo fucking hungry by the end of the day, but it’ll be fine. Andy’s picking me up today after work and he’s going to bring me a snack that I can eat with a fork or spoon instead. 
I have a fairly strong aversion to touching food with my hands in the first place, so it’s really easy for me to instantly and completely lose my appetite if something goes wrong while eating handhelds/finger food. (Plus all sorts of problems with food texture lmao)
A lot of my food problems actually went away for quite a long time the first time I did mushrooms/psilocybin! It’s been a number of years since I last did that though, and slowly my aversions to food have been making a reappearance. I like food, it just has to be the right texture and I can’t touch it with my hands haha

I can understand this. When I was an off-set litho operator I never touched food with my hands because I found that blanket wash and electrostatic solution spoilt the taste of the food .

Believe it or not, it actually has nothing to do with my work. I’ve had problems with touching my food my whole life. Today though everything kinda smells like plastic (I was doing a shitload of waterproof printing this morning) and solvent (I’ve got my off-set guy in today haha). 
Some people come into the store and it takes their breath away because it’s awful, but then other people come in and love all the printing smells (I think they have too much chemicals in their brains) lmao

People used to come into my print room and ask how I could work with the smell of the place. I used to reply Smell? what smell?

This evening I'm feeling tired after a very busy day.

My main dislike is people who eat oysters on a half shell. It's the same as eating a slug at that point.
