Sounds like it might be one of the "certain scientific" series, probably "accelerator". The guy, "Accelerator" had been in a fight and his nervous system was damaged, requiring a sort of pacemaker to keep his brain functional. The girl was Misaka Mikoto. She had had some of her cells collected under false pretenses and the cells were used without her knowledge to make thousands of clones who were forced to fight the Accelerator to the death to level him up.

Yes, I have but only one. Earthquakes are basically unheard of where I live but a small one hit sometime in 2007(?) I remember it hit in the middle of the night and I was the only one who felt it. I told my parents about it in the morning but they didn’t believe me. However, that changed when the news reported it. Thankfully, there was no damage anywhere from it.

I didn’t do anything during the day but I will be picking up my friend from the airport tonight.

'I watched the two 'Rascal does not dream' movies today. I thought 'sister going out' was better than 'Knapsack kid' but I enjoyed watching them both.

I live in southern California so yeah, I've been thru a few. We just had a good clunker a few days ago in fact. Your description probably means you were pretty close to the epicenter of the quake and/or that it was closer to the surface. A lot depends on the type of ground between you and the quake. Rocky ground will transmit the sharper sounds and motions for longer distances than soils or gavels. But in general the closer you are the "clunkier" they feel. As you get more distance between you and the center the "smoother" things feel. If you're close then the motions will be sharper, the shaking more like a rattle, and the sounds more like pounding or grinding. You're literally hearing mountain-sized chunks of rock crashing into each other. As you get further away the sharpness and rattling smooth out into a more rolling or rocking feel and the sounds from the ground itself will mostly go away. If you hear anything it will more likely be local sounds of the house creaking or things falling over or off a shelf somewhere nearby.

It wasn't my house lol but yes with all the hot weather, swimming is a nice relief.

I went swimming earlier this morning with some friends in a nice indoor pool and had lunch after with them.

I'm having a quiet Sunday at home with my tea and my pocky.

The ongoing saga of helping my sister move into her new home continued. I also did some shopping and grabbed some dinner out with family.

I've been staying inside away from the heat but earlier today I did float around in our pool for a little while (◠‿◠✿)

So far I didn't do much I have to check some things at work this morning because it was my on call weekend but really that only takes around 15 minutes 2 times on Saturday. Soon we are going to get grocery and we were going to see a movie but since I forgot it was my on call weekend we have to postpone it to next weekend

THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY OMGGGGGGGGGG ~ What have I done today I don't even know. ~ it's like a haze of heat and seals @.@ I mostly came home and took a nap and now I'm watching movies with Jase and talking on here to some friends.

I helped my sister move a lot of things today and we'll finish the rest over the weekend. For now it's late here but I'm watching some movies with Serey @Sakura, having some pizza, chatting and enjoying the late quiet night.

I had a short shift at work early this morning and my mom took me out to brunch after. Nothing fancy just some fast food but I love days when we get to do that because we don't get to eat out too often. This evening I'm going to hang out with my boyfriend and watch a movie (●´ω｀●)

I went to Atlanta for a concert with a friend from Canada then we drove to NYC and caught a few plays and visited the twin tower old location, saw the statue of liberty and visited both Times Square and Central Park. I've been to NYC numerous times so none of this was new to me but my Canadian friend had never been before so she was having a great time. On our way back to taking me to Chicago we somehow detoured to Detroit for the night and the next day and visited some places there :V

Ya legit don't blame you ~ I get these urges to be outside when I'm indoors for awhile, but then I usually go outside and I'm like... ew....... people........... ~goes back in~ XD WOOOOO LEGOOO JASEY THE TRUCK MOVER VAN MANNNNNNNNN ~ Uhmmmmm let's see I did my lil seal work today, accidentally hit @Zeref in the face, I cooked dinner tonight I was feeling super ambitious so I took out the trash, did the laundry for both me and Pessi, then I made lemon & herb roasted cod & red roasted potatoes with onions After that I played RS with @Soramee_ I think for like.. 4 or 5ish hours / chatted in VC and just did nothing but a mini game ~ Gonna go sleepy sleep in a minute now.

I didn't do much after my volunteer work, just played some games and watched TV. I'm trying to figure some things out that have been really bothering and confusing me that I don't know what to do about and I kinda spent the evening thinking about those things but all I got was more confused.

Went round my sister's again today helping her with more packing. We're mostly done because she did a lot of it late into the night last night.

Had work courses and I got to go out on the boat today which is always fun for me ~ It was a little too hot for me though but I guess the wind from being on the boat makes it seem at least a little cooler than it is. I got to hold and see some baby squirrels at one of the rescue places we went to! There were so small and cute That was easily the highlight of my day. I played some games, re-organized some things in my closet. I realized I didn't like the way my shoe rack in my closet is as it seems like it's taking up too much space so I decided to order some that hang down which will give me more floor space in my closet to move some things around and move bins from the top part down to the bottom part so I can put more clothes in the top part. I always feel like I'm re-organizing everything all the time but I guess I just like to move stuff around lol Made some more GFX ~ I made Pessi @Zeref some new GFX to use on the forum here and some Discord icons. I was going to make my Mitsuki poster but I figured I need to wait a bit to make it since I can't order it yet, and if I make it I'm just going to want it right now @.@

I didn't have work study courses today so I slept in, sat with Pessi while he was doing some of his work videos which made even me want to fall asleep and did shopping online. Really should hold off on the shopping for a couple of weeks.. I already have so many packages coming in. I shop when I get bored though x.x and today I was nothing but bored. I want to get back into doing some GFX but I didn't have a lot of motivation to do it today after spending so much time doing it yesterday. I want to get a Mitsuki poster made like I did the Sasori one, but if I make it I will want to go ahead and make it into a poster and buy it and yeah I really need to wait until all these next orders come in and I get them put up where they need to go before I move on to the next project lol

oH WOWWWWW that area in front of the pulpit is so intricate I would have been examining that for hours lol That's really pretty, that's the type of architecture I love. That is so sad they have to lock the hourglass onto the stand though wow, who would steal something from a church o_o I feel like I didn't really do much of anything today which is usually how I feel when I don't have a work study course, but I guess sometimes having days where we sleep in and do nothing but relax is good too. Definitely good for the mental health lol. I mostly watched Pessi play FFX this afternoon and then I worked on a new GFX project for myself. I searched all over the internet to find a poster of Sasori from Naruto that I actually liked, but no luck. So I decided I would just make my own. After all that way I know I would like it. I found a nice render from a free Naruto render pack, picked out some PNG'S took a few screengrabs of him and threw them all together and created this: https://imgur.com/a/IWoqPsT The top picture is the finished product and the 2nd picture is the render I used to build it all from. I already printed it out and had it mailed to myself in a 24 x 32 poster size. I think it'll look really good on my Sasori wall I'm putting together ^^ Going to do the same thing for a Mitsuki wall.

That's why I like going to countries in Europe so much or places in the UK. All the buildings are so old and there is always something cool inside them or pretty things or really nice architecture. While there are old buildings here, for instance the neighborhood behind us is full of Victorian era houses built in the 1800s and they are really lovely homes to look at, it just doesn't seem the same as going to like Egypt for example where things are REALLY old. Can't say I've ever seen a pulpit with an hour glass on it though, that sounds hilarious I'm glad you are loving your new job, I hope it stays that way and you have many, many, many years of happiness at it

Went to the church across the road like Zeref mentioned. I had never been to a Unitarian church either so it was a new thing for both of us. I really enjoyed it though, and yeah the people were super nice. I didn't feel out of place at all and I haven't felt that way in a church in a long time. It's a really pretty old church too that was built in the 1800's so it has all this pretty architecture and old windows and stuff in it, and I love looking at stuff like that. Also played RS today, did my Neopet plot story too. My friend gave me some cute stuff for my gallery on Neo so I have more paint brush rare items now that I had been wanting. I almost spent all my money on Neo buying things lately but there are so many cute things and I want them all

We went to the Unitarian church across the street from us which was a new experience as I don't know much about the Unitarians or how their services would be. I enjoyed it however and the people were very warm and friendly. There was free donuts too and you can't beat that After this we went a few places such as the Dollar Tree to browse around, Mcdonald's for lunch, and to the river front for a walk and to listen to some of the music playing by the bands today. The rest of the day I am probably going to spend playing games and eating snacks

I really thought what could possibly happen in just 10 minutes lol ~ but yeah a lot can actually happen in 10 minutes x.x Wish it was alright to go places though but it seems like pretty much nowhere is safe anymore. I slept late today and yes I do thank you very much @Zeref for running out and getting me sodas so I didn't have caffeine withdrawals today It was such a nice day today so I was out on the roof a lot just enjoying the weather and views. It was too cold to swim today but I had my feet in the water still. Mostly watched Pessi playing FFX and I made chili this evening! I haven't made chili in awhile so I was really excited to eat it tonight @.@

Little Caesars will always be one of my favorites lol I dunno why but I love their cheap lil pizzas. I had a work study course, then took a nap after. Was sooo tired. The weather was pretty great today though and when I got home it was in the 70s so @Zeref and I had pizza on the balcony thanks to him having a pizza here when I woke up I did something fairly stupid today though, just a few minutes ago actually. I know I really shouldn't go walking around the city after dark but there wasn't any soda because I spilled the one I have so I decided to go walking to McDonalds to get one because when I need caffeine I REALLY need caffeine. I really should have waited for Pessi to wake up and we could just drive somewhere and get one but I did this instead. Which you shouldn't be wandering around outside dark city streets in the middle of downtown alone typically and I ran into this guy I'll just call "Butt Guy" because thats what he's always asking me to touch This is the 3rd time I've ran into him and I don't know how I keep having the misfortunate of running into this guy every time I go out and then having him follow me harassing me. My friends have told me I should call the cops and give them his description or something because he doesn't leave me alone x.x I just really didn't think I would be this unlucky but I think he hangs around the area.

Today was the last day at my job before I start at my new company on Monday. I had to say goodbye to several co-workers I will really miss and have been helpful to me in this job and learning things. I am looking forward to this new job and opportunity to begin next week however. I don't think I will regret making this move to another company. I have no projects to work on at work so it was mostly a free day. I went to the gym to exercise, tried an ice cream place I have not been to before and had a hot fudge sundae, then did some errands to get some groceries for the next week. I also stopped at Little Caesars pizza to get a pizza. I have never tried them before but @Sakura told me they had delicious pizza.

Since my projects for work are done and I can't start any new ones with it being my last week, I got to do nothing today and get paid for it So I slept in, went for a walk, worked out in the gym, went for a dip in the pool in the afternoon, then took a nap.

I had a work study course today and we got to go out in the boat again which is always fun to me. We got to see some paddlefish today, which are one of my favorite freshwater fishies ^^ I love the way they look lol ~ It was pretty hot though and I didn't really like that, but being on a pretty speedy boat there was at least a nice breeze + being on the water is usually pretty nice. Oh we also saw some beavers that some of the fish and game officers were trying to trap to move out of the area because they've been a nuisance in that area o.o This evening I've been relaxing, playing games, went to get ice cream and had a hot fudge sundae. I really should chill on the sweets and stuff lately but it's Summer and ice cream is soooo good ;-;

Finished all of the projects I had open that needed to be closed before leaving this job on Friday and starting my new job next week. I was glad to finish completing them and there really isn't anything for me to do for the rest of the week since I won't be taking any new projects. I spent the rest of the afternoon playing games, taking a nap, and running some errands. I think I will make dinner tonight, I'm thinking about cod, green beans, and something else but not sure what yet.

Had a work study course class so at least I had something to do today. I was actually kind of excited to get up and do something lol I just really wish it wasn't so hot out because heat index being at 103 F kinda kills any ambition I have of wanting to go outside x_x I got some packages in today of some Boruto and Mitsuki things I ordered so I was really happy about that!~ The person even put freebies in them with some stickers and stuff and that was so nice ^^

We had dogs growing up when we lived in a farm area, I don't feel it's fair to keep a dog in an apartment or place without a yard to run if it's a large dog. I see a lot of people in our building with large dogs and while there are several dog parks in walking distance from here it just seems like they should be able to run around as they want in a yard too. Having a Husky in an apartment seems cruel to the dog. I noticed this same behavior in the little dog we watched this weekend. It caught on quick that when we were putting our shoes on and getting a bag out of the drawer we were going to take it for a walk and would start jumping around excitedly but showed no interest when we just did something such as grab the keys and walk out of the door, as if it knew what indicated walk time and what didn't.

DANGGGGG those look good though I haven't really done much of anything today and it felt really boring ._. I organized my sock drawers LOL I have a ton of socks actually because I like to collect socks for some reason so this is actually kinda tedious because I have 3 drawers full of them. I played RS some and apparently over the weekend the wholeeee clan had this huge argument thing that happened and mostly everyone left, or well everyone that I'm friends with left. There was a lot of drama, people cursing each other on chat and in voice calls and on live streams and everything else x.X I really feel pretty sad about it because I loved the clan I was in and it was really good when it was good. Most everyone I know joined a new clan though so I'm going to join it as well to be with my friends that left but I feel really torn about the situation and everything.

After work there is no way I would feel like taking a dog out for a run in the park or walking and even having to do this in the rain or cold. These tacos also look very good much better than the ones I have had Today just work but we have an excessive amount to complete this week especially because this is my last week with the company, I have to tie up all the projects I was working on and have it finished and completed. I should be able to do it but if I don't it isn't my problem anymore either lol.
