When I pack my bags to go on holiday I carefully pack every thing in the correct bag so that when I arrive everything can be unpacked in a logical way. But when I pack my bags to come back home I just stuff everything into the nearest bag, which means it takes ages to unpack and put stuff away because I don't know which bag it's in!
I really must stop doing that!

It's been cloudy, dull and quite chilly today, but I suppose it is now November so that's what we've got to expect.

My taste in anime tends more towards Slice of Life and drama but whatever style of series I'm watching I like to see the MC's relationships, character and abilities develop during over the course of the story as I find this much more interesting than having an MC presented as all powerful from episode 1.

I've just started watching SAO. When this came out in 2012 I watched the trailers and previews and didn't think much of it because the trailers all focused on the battles and back then the only way I could watch anime was to buy the DVDs. Recently there's been a few postings on FB with clips from the non-battle scenes and these tended to change my view of the series and since it's available on CR I thought I'd give it a try. I'm now about halfway through and finding to be quite a good series with an interesting concept, story and cast of characters.

I tried using a scented laundry product once, and found that I really didn't like the smell of it.

I quite like some "idol" anime, but not all of it. As you say GBC got a lot of hype when it was released so I'm curious to see if it was worth the hype. -
Ah, yes I understand your hesitation to resubscribe to CR, if that had happened to me I be wary as well. From the information on their website it looks like you can cancel online without any need to deal with someone in customer services.
