  1. Thank you. The words are those spoken every year at the end of the two minute silence at Remembrance services.
  2. YAY!!!! Good News. Yuru Camp is such a great series. I hope the biker girl, whose name I can't remember, is in the new series because Rin needs a fellow biker and the two of them got on so well together in the 3rd series.
  3. I went out with a group of my friends after church for our monthly lunch together. While I'm quite happy living on my own eating out with friends is such a nice thing to do each month.
  4. Altogether miserable. It's dull, overcast, cold and raining.
  5. @Kikyou I too hope no one here made you feel unwelcome. The GFX community may be small, but I've found it very supportive and encouraging. I really hope you're reading the messages we're leaving for you, please come back, we miss you and your contributions to the forum and your art.
  6. I totally agree with @Sasuke this is one of the most excellent pieces of GFX I've seen from you. Everything fits together so very well, it must have taken hours to create and there's just so much detail to look at.
  7. I've made this special GFX for Remembrance Sunday / Remembrance Day, 10th & 11th November. My grandfather served in WW1 and my father served in WW2. Both thankfully returned home, but far, fat too many didn't.
  8. Welcome aboard the Forum. Pull up a cushion, or a chair if sitting on the floor isn't your thing, and make yourself at home.
  9. Oh, yes. That Shelby Cobra GT 500 was really something, as was Rally Vincent's driving!!
  10. It's dull, overcast and a chilly 9c. But at least it's not raining.
  11. @Kikyou I was sad to find that you'd removed almost all your artworks because you're such a talented artist and I really enjoyed looking at your artwork, but it's often said that you can't really evaluate your own work. Quite often when I've finished a GFX I look at it I think "is this really good enough?" then other people say "yes it's great" but I'm not always convinced. Some years ago I was a member of a photographic forum and became a fairly regular contributor but slowly came to think that my photos weren't really good enough and stopped posting them, so I do understand how you feel. The edit button thing, there's a time limit on how long a post is available for editing, once the post has past that time limit the edit button disappears.
  12. I've always thought that the worst part of recovering from something is the time when you've recovered enough to want to do things, but not recovered enough to actually be able to do them.
  13. Then you get char grilled buffalo.
