It's sometimes a difficult task persuading people that they're not quite as well recovered as they think they are It's good you're felling better, just remember not rush and to over do things and take your time so you'll soon be fully recovered.

That will upset @Sakura Ah, I see it already has upset her . I'm always in two minds about snow. On the one hand I like it because it's pretty and I'd like to take snow photos, on the other hand it makes getting around difficult because the pavements get slippery which is a danger for older people like me. There's no sign of snow here though. But it is quite cold out at 5C, but it is bright and sunny.

I know the problems of trying to find DVDs/Blu-rays. Before my internet connection was fast enough to stream anime I was endlessly hunting through on-line mail-order sites.

My favourite colour for dragons is brown. The dragon in my sig is the closest I've found to my favourite dragon colour and species.

This morning I went out to do the weekly shopping. Lots of traffic today, probably because it was raining and people decided to take the car rather than cycle.

Just be careful if you go out in the snow and make sure you don't have a fall. The weather here is dull, overcast, cold (3C) and raining. In short it's totally miserable.

Looking at your sig I can see her influence, she taught you well it's a good piece of work. That's the sort of thing that happens when you get old . Towards the end of my career I'd been doing the job almost as long as my manager had been alive, he didn't really like that because he was one of those people who think they know everything just because they're the boss. You've made a good start and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work. A lot of my stuff is built off renders I like the look of and want to use, although I do add-in some other elements. If you use Photoshop I'd recommend you have a look at Panosfx.com he's got some great add-on there. (I have no connection with Panos other than as a happy customer). Thank you. (Phew! That sounds like you had a lot of fun. I don't think I'm going to try skating as I don't have a great sense of balance. When I was in junior school roller skates were the "IN" thing so I borrowed my friends pair to try out, it was not a good experience and I nearly did myself a nasty injury.

Thank you, I'm pleased that you like my art. I've only been doing the sort of graphics I post on here since September, and it was Sakura who encouraged me to start up this gallery. I've been doing various sorts of graphics for the last 25 or so years mostly posters, wallpapers, invites, motto cards etc. As for what inspires me, I do a bit of everything, if I'm doing something like a poster that has to have a certain message then I usually give it a lot of thought and planning before I start work on it. When I'm doing stuff for myself what usually happens is that I get an idea to do something based on a series I've watched or a render that I really like. Sometimes I have an idea how I want it to look and other times I open up the program and start dropping things on it and see how it turns out- sometimes what I end up with is nothing like what I started with
