http://www.theverge.com/2015/4/29/8513561/microsoft-hololens-apps-build-2015 It seems like we've skipped Sword Art Online and went straight to Accel World... Shut up and take my money, microsoft. :'(
  2. Short. More often then not, longer series will have pointless filler arcs or entire episodes where the story does not progress and characters won't even develop. If done correctly, I can get just as well (if not better) characters out of a 25-50 episode anime. Of course their are some series I find fairly long, yet balance development very well... but not many.
  3. Miku is overrated, Gumi is where it's all at.
  4. To be fair, 'Anime' is a japanese term that means to any type of Animation.... but my annoyance with it depends on the show itself. Panty and Stocking shows a lot of western styled animation (more 'adult' however) while anime that takes themselves seriously won't work in the American market. As a whole, it does annoy me, but not that much.
  5. SAO surprisingly had some decent games. Anyways, I try to keep away from Movie licensed games altogether. But if I see a game of an anime I like, I would keep track of it.
  6. Same, put I don't like Pay 2 Win either. Thankfully some of my favorites aren't Pay 2 Wind, but at least have stuff worth checking out in their shops, even if it's just for styling your character.
  7. Any 2D metriod game, they aren't that long with a guide but I don't want to shot every wall with every weapon just to progress to another room where I do the same thing. Metriod Prime did the basic idea better.
  8. I think Gaijin Goombah does a good explanation unravels it well. (He's a former Japanese English Teacher that often talks about Culture Impacts in video games) [spoiler=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHIf2IFloAc] Also, there a few things you should know about the term 'Otaku'. It's a highly overused word in the west so it's meaning got all messed up. Otaku is getting so obsessed with ANYTHING (not just anime or videogames) that a person would almost entirely shut themselves away from a social life, but not to the extent of a NEET. It's not the badge of honor Weeaboos make it out to be and does NOT translate to a 'Japanese Nerd'.
  9. ...It's only in Mario & Luigi Superstar sage on the GBA. Even so, they should've lightning powers in smash, it would separate him from Mario even more.
  10. I own the entire Mario and Zelda cartoon series. Anyways, Luigi is much better than Mario IMO. Luigi's mansion is pretty awesome and that proves that Mario got kidnapped even more times than Daisy... I'm a huge Nintendo nut, okay?

    RPG Maker

A little bit of both, I like to create small games using the program (finishing them is another mater), but I like to keep up with community to see what other games come around. Some are surprisingly well polished and very good, while others... not so much. It's a very 'hit or miss' fanbase.
  12. It doesn't bother me, whenever someone speaks an English term it's either for comic relief (T.K. from angles beats) or they are just trying to sound professional (Nunotaba Shinobu from Railgun) they normally don't happen often and it wasn't meant to break the flow of the show. But I will admit that some anime characters try to make 'Engrish' cooler then what it really is.
  13. Most of the reviews so far have been 3+ stars, maybe I should do a negative review.

  14. Happy Birthday~

  15. I completely forgot about last weeks episode, probably because I just stopped looking forward to them. I'll probably brace myself through the last few episodes, bit I'll not give this a good score at all.
  16. I was referring to the one I posted up, but I was curious about yours as well so it evens out... I guess. Anyways, Crunchy is one of the few 'legal' ways to watch anime, but I'd avoid it at all costs because of adds. Even if you get premium, it's expensive and the services still suck. But that's meant for a different thread.

    RPG Maker

Am I'm the only one who uses this amazing game maker on the forums? RPG Maker is exactly what a sounds like, a game maker tool for RPGs. Unlike most game making softwares, however, RPG maker is very easy to get into and has a very balanced simplicity yet powerful customization ratio. I'm a somewhat big person is the official community, but nothing more than a common poster. I just thought I'd start this topic just in case there is any interest since I KNOW a lot of you guys love RGPs.
  18. I seen up to episode 3 and just put it off. It's not that it was bad or anything, it's just that it's only 12 episodes long and I don't want to finish it all at once... and I forget to get back to it.
  19. Never seen the anime, but I saw this in a blog post comparing Crunchyroll subs to common fan subs [spoiler=Crunchyroll] [spoiler=Fansub] Which one just makes more sense? And people ask why I don't use Crunchroll.
  20. Getting into the Legend of Heroes series, and I dare say the characters are much better than Final Fantasy. Try LOH VI if your an RPG fan.

  22. If they only used all the parts worth watching in season 2, I bet we would've started whatever arc season 3 is going to be on episode 8 at least.
  23. K-On: Let's just say that 99% of all English voice actresses CANNOT do a cute moe voice. And out of all the ones that can, 99% of them are faking it.
