B negate, so your Rh negative, (thats what the negative/positive will signify) that is rare, majority of people are B+ (im B positive myself) though, that means if you ever need blood transfusion, you would need another B negative person to transfuse to you...which is hard, couse B negative is rare

im pretty sure not even blood groups O can help, and they are universal donors

in my country -- you can donate blood even if you're underaged, aslong as you have a signed parent's consent, otherwise you are not allowed to, 

also -- it seems my classmate didnt tell me the time we were suppose to go, so in the end i couldn't go, i mean, i guess its kind of his loss ?, im open anytime, heck all i did today was play games on phone, listen to songs, search around in threads, and draw (which im still doing atm)
